Needed to order an existing part to my order when I called at the opening time and was notified that is was already shipped despite ordering the night before. Boats.net is very quick about processing and shipping when parts are in stock and love each individual I have talked to. I talked to the Associate George who was very good about letting me ordering another part to my order as I needed to get it shipped quickly and he did that very well. Clean and simple with no hassle. Their web site specifically states "5 pack" for cotter pin part# 95295. But you only get one. It does not say it's for one cotter pin. It says a "5 pack". I can count. Apparently Boats.net can't. I'll deal with anyone else but them from now on.

Boats.net has the correct diagrams and part numbers as well as great prices.And they're fast with delivery.I just recently started using them and now they are my go to for Honda parts.

I ordered a propeller here because it was $10 cheaper than on Amazon — but that savings wasn't worth it. It's been 10 days, and my order is still stuck in another state with no clear delivery timeline. Unfortunately, this delay caused me to miss a critical deadline. I won't be ordering from them again.
