Scam. Item from Shein for $13 selling for $300. Shame on you. Disgusting communication. No refund

This is a scam. My dress arrived today from China not Australia. The dress bears NO resemblance to the one I ordered. I believe this business in China has stolen the identity of a legit Australian business using the photos of their dresses and then make a very cheap and nasty knock off. It is horrid . Do not do business with this company.

Tried to contact to verify that what I ordered was actually ordered as there was a glitch wit the website. You cannot contact them by phone. They do not respond to text messages or emails. Website looks legitimate, but the ABN is incorrect. This is a scam website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I do not know if I will get my goods as I haven't even received an order receipt. Tried to contact bank and until I don't receive anything for a period of time, they can't do anything. Save yourself the stress, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Why can't I leave zero stars? This is not an Australian company, and all photos of clothing, shoes, swimsuits etc are directly off Temu and Shein. Total rip-off company. Need reporting. Tell me how to shut these people down!!

Disappointed with the quality and sizing. Will try to return for refund. Fabric far from quality.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Website misleads consumers to believe the company is Australian. Fake ABN, location pindrop to Bondi etc. Returns almost impossible.

Fake Australian company. ABN on website is not a valid format or valid ABN. DO NOT TRUST.

Back in October I did order 2 pieces of clothing. Following numerous emails on the 21 November I received one parcel. I contacted Elsa to ask for help in locating , my other parcel sadly
over and over again I was told to check in my neighbourhood and all
places where the parcel could be. Finally I got in touch with the courier, I was told my parcel was delivered, being left on the site gate, which is on the street. I believed that the business' owner will take steps in rectifying the issues and resend my parcel, but NO… Sadly before I need to get a letter from the Courier stating that
my parcel is lost! This is Madness,,,,

I ordered 2 cardigans which did arrive but I wanted to return them as too small. Return email saying No problem - happy to help. Advised to send to address-Recipient: Zhang Xiaowen....Guangdong Province,China and I had to pay $A38 to Post office here to return! This was on 14/9/25 and tracking confirmed it arrived in China 20/9/25. and appeared to have been delivered. An email from them said they should receive it at their warehouse shortly. Well I have heard nothing and have sent 2 more emails but of course NO REPLY. This is definitely a S-C-A-M company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE.. ..

Long wait then wrong items, nothing like my order, no answer to my email, 2nd message - reply (sorry, you can send your incorrect order to “our Asian address’ at ‘your cost” ($AU80-100!!) then we will assess and MAYBE refund. “Or you may wish to gift or give away or repurpose the item” they’re joking right??? Absolute disgrace!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Clothing looks nothing like the photos. No phone number to call. Emails bounce back.

If I could put a -5 I would. I got the boots expecting leather but they were very poor quality and nothing like the color advertised. I did a search and found them on Ali Express for a quarter the price. Obviously made cheaply and from China not Australia.

I am disgusted in this company. The website looks impressive but the clothing comes cheap looking, in several different packages and all from China. This is not a legit shop front. It appears to be a drop ship company. Don’t be fooled by the misleading closing down sale. I got ripped off big time. There must be somewhere to report this company and shut them down.

They are not Australia dedpite sayingbthey arebin Sydney. They do n9t offer trouble free refunds despite saying so. The products are ill titting and made of poor quality often almost see through.
They will ask you to return direct to a factory in China which is ok of course, however it needs yo be in original packaging as it arrived in. How do you try products on thecreturn the same way? They try to keep offering you discounts to incentivice you to keep the product
Any returns to China are at your cost and risk. They keeping offering you a discount to keep and gift it to someone else. It is dodgy AF.

Pretend to be aussie . Cheap clothing. Spent $25 returning it and it came back 5 months later. Cost me $90 for garment and they refunded $60 only. Doesn't get past customs there . Do not buy .

I am absolutely shocked by how poorly this company handles returns and refunds.

I followed their instructions and returned my items over a five months ago, only to have the package sent back to me — completely unresolved. After months of waiting and multiple emails, not only have I not received a refund, but I’m now out of pocket for the return shipping as well.

They’ve wasted my time, ignored the issue, and shown no accountability. This has been going on for months, and their customer service has been non-existent or dismissive at best.

I’m now forced to consider legal action and lodging a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading. I would not recommend this company to anyone — the experience has been frustrating, unacceptable, and frankly disgraceful.

This company is a scam, don’t buy from them. I got 2 shirts for my husband and son for Christmas that were way smaller than the measurements and I requested a refund. Well they offered me a 50% refund to keep them but what am I going to do with 2 small shirts. So I paid $25 to return them to the address they gave me and they’ve just been returned to sender. I’ve lost $100!

Photos are very deceiving. Dont buy! Your op shops are better quality than this.

A friend bought from here, seems like the same scam company as Elle|Melbourne, DO NOT ENGAGE, wasted $200!
