I can not believe how unprofessional is this people affecting their customers and they do not even care, I order a book on 7/19 I pay extra for 2 day shipping so with the 2 day processing the book should to be in my house by 7/22 o 7/25 at the very latest, i been calling and chatting and sending request but they never have an answer, bottom line is 7/26 and the book still in warehouse!!!!!!! They did not even processed yet!!!! ANd finally today in one of the calls they say that they need some extra information (BS) but never call or email me or anything NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL to let me know what they need to process and ship the book but that is not all they do not even address the issue they forward you to another department that you have to call which by the way do not open until 10am PTS so if you are in East coast you already lose another day until you can contact them and still waiting for them to call or address the issue,

I was in urgent need of the book to study for a test and never ever got it so if you really need a book, value your time and money STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! as much as you can from this fraudulent company.

ps: Still waiting... no book, no refunds,,,,no nothing!

Bookrenter is a great place to rent books. Easy website to navigate and find books and easy to rent and return books. Saved us plenty of money instead of renting or buying from the school.

I paid for overnight shipping when I placed an order on a Friday around 3:30 pm. It did not arrive until Tuesday afternoon. It does state that they do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays when the fine print is read, but why offer it as a selection on a Friday? You would think it would have at least arrived by Monday. I should have just paid for regular shipping- a total waste of $20.

Paid $10.00 for two day shipping and received it a week later after my class started.

Ordered the book on Sunday 7/10, realizing the rental would not be processed until the next day. There is a three day in house processing which should have set the book to be I paided extra for 2 day delivery, but did not recieve the book until Monday late afternoon on 7/18. I orded another book from another company the same day (7/10) with 2 day delivery, and recieved the book 7/12. Also, I called to check on this order after receiving the other book ... the next day 7/13. I was told the book had not even been processed. This was very frustrating!

I ordered my book and I didn't get a conformation within a week so I ended up having to contact them and found out that they don't know what happened to my order. I eventually got my order almost 3 weeks after I ordered it which it was for a summer class so I got it after my midterm which didn't help me at all.
