After a bit of a blip with an online promotion code not working, I got in touch and received a relatively swift response. The order was created and I was able to call up and finalise payment so that the item could be quickly dispatched. We are very pleased with our baby carrier and appreciated the kind offer of further help and advice with regards to getting the best use of our purchase. An excellent product from a trusted seller at a competitive price. This is the kind of service that we hoped for and we're impressed. Keep up the good work!

As we are expecting twins, we knew we needed to find a good travel system to take them out and about. We initially went to the Born store as we knew they stocked Phil and Teds which had been recommended to us. When we got to the store, we were shown the Phil and Teds, but also the Uppababy which they also stock. They pointed out the pros and cons of each, which led us to the decision to go for Uppababy.

When we went back to order, we chose a colour that was showing as available in the store (although it had not been showing online). As it turned out that colour was exclusive to another bigger store chain, and so they gave us the option to cancel. However as I was so happy with the service we had got from them (and I am currently at war with the other store due to bad delivery), I changed colour and stuck with Born.

Happy I did as when the product arrived, they allowed us to pick it up on a date that suited us, and when there was an issue with one of the accessories they replaced it without any question.

Would highly recommend, especially to people in the Bristol area who can visit the store.

Ordered biodegradable nappies and they arrived. Can't ask for more than that really.

After waiting 3 weeks for a nursing bag which didn't arrive I rang customer services to be told the supplier hadn't informed them that it was out of stock. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience and ordered an alternative. There was a delay on despatch of this due to volume of orders and after another call to customer services, I received my order. Thoroughly pleased with the nursing bag though, pity about having to chase up it's whereabouts!

I love the clothes and other baby stuff in Born. I bought an Ergo pouch this time. It was easy to find in the website, easy to purchase and delivered in good time. Pretty happy with my purchase.

I ordered some pushchair accessories and other bits. It was available for me pretty much the next day. I chose to collect as I live within walking distance. A lovely lady helped me load my stuff and helped out with a couple more purchases. Great product knowledge, enthusiastic and friendly. I live 5 mins from Mothercare, but they cannot match the service at Born.

Born provided excellent service. One product ordered had a fault - outside of Born's control - but they quickly sorted and replaced it despite it being a Bank Holiday weekend. The service was personal - even including a handwritten thank you note with the order. I would happily use Born again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I ordered a laundry basket for the uppababy bassinet. The price was reasonable, website is appealing and service was excellent. I was kept up to date throughout and was impressed with the thank you card that was included. It was a nice touch. As was the discount vouchers.

Can't fault really! Bought exactly what I wanted for a good price, it arrived in a reasonable timeframe and was well packaged. Website easy to navigate and a good range of items stocked .

I want to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone behind Born. In a small but significant way, you really helped me through the early months with my daughter. I struggled with postpartum anxiety and depression and felt a real sense of community coming into your store.

I always found it a welcoming place with staff that was knowledgable and friendly and products that were well-researched and fairly priced.

I am sure I am not the only new mom who found comfort in your store. Please know that you will be missed! I know, however, that I can find the same quality and attention to detail in your online store.

Arrived in a timely manner and great product! Love it!

I bought the product and after 3days I received an email stating that I will received it in one month. Not a big deal for me as I am organised and so anticipated some delay. Otherwise it could have been a deal breaker

I believe the product is great in terms of it practicability, very easy to clean, mobile, multifunction with bath and changing table and lot of compartiment for baby grooming product. I have one month delay to receive it so perhaps it would be better to rate the product after arrival.

Ordered slippers for baby bump on Sunday morning and they arrived wednesday. Packaged well. Several emails kept me up to date with progress. And a discount code too for next purchase. Will most definitely be ordering my baby carrier from Born, once the colour I want comes back in stock.
