No free adult entry disappointed
It is a great membership although very disappointed that it doesn't include entry for another adult on my membership. It prevents us going to the venues as a family and also making me reconsider renewing my membership. Queuing up at Hampton Court is a nusiance and unlike kew, you can't have entry with showing the membership. Very unfair also that we can't book any events with Hampton Court and have to arrive there early to queue ! Not ideal with young children and again defeats the point of membership. Not sure it is value for money unfortunately.

It's such a worthwhile membership
It's such a worthwhile membership, there are so many places it allows you to visit for "free". A godsend for someone like me (a pensioner) who's on a low income. It gives me the opportunity to enjoy nature in these wonderful environments like Kew Gardens and WWT Wetlands, which is so good for my mental health.
