I didn't expect shipping to be that much on a $14 item. Other than that everything was fine. I've never seen a rod rejuvenator before. Great idea! Hopefully it works just as good.

I’ve been a Bowflex customer for 25+ years. I’ve bought Porsches and I’ve been a sales manager. The gentleman who helped me on the phone was perfect! Literally. He listened to my needs and wants and addressed them beyond my expectations. He was better at the transaction than the the 5 people I just dealt with over the last month while buying a house.
