Received broken. I can't adjust the weight on the dumbbell at all. Waste of money!!!

Currently have 20 plus year old Power Pro. Bowflex has proven to be well built based on urge longevity of my first purchase. This is an upgrade so expecting the same longevity.

I decided to replace my 27-year-old Bowflex with the Xtreme 2 SE to enhance my physical therapy after an injury. Anyone who has experienced an injury and undergone physical therapy with the colored bands should consider a Bowflex as the resistance exercises prescribed by the physical therapist can be accomplished with this home gym and will provide years of continued resistance training. The website was very helpful and answered all the questions I had before placing the order. The sale price made the decision even easier. My new Bowflex was shipped the same day I ordered it and arrive in 3 days in pristine condition. The hardware packet contained all hardware carefully labeled and made assembly much easier, although there are several errors in the instruction manual which slowed assembly a little. Hoping this one lasts as long as my first Bowflex!

Run. Go with a different brand. Delivery took a long time and it came damaged. Took forever to get any help for a solution. I’m sending back.

Do not buy anything from Bowflex. I ordered a T6Treadmill from Bowflex on 02/27/2026, and received on 03/12/2026. Upon arrival the treadmill did not work. I contacted Bowflex support immediately. They attempted very limited troubleshooting (2 items), then stopped responding. After multiple phone calls, hours on hold, they just kept creating new tickets, and never resolving the issue. I sent them a letter to return the Bowflex which ended up being a hassle to get authorized. They wanted me to pay return shipping costs and 20% restock fee for a non-working machine. Their shipping company finally schedule a return pick-up, then didn't show up. I again contact Bowflex (aka Johnson Heal Tech)and once again all they want to due is create another ticket... To date, the issue is still unresolved and they have provided no refund....

Love my Bowflex revolution had it for more than 10 years and still working great. Only had to change the cables twice in that duration.

Disliked, actually loathed, that I filled out my info to get a text and email activated for a $50 coupon code, only to have the code denied because the item was on sale. It must have been in the fine print, I never saw it.
