Shipping fees seem to be a bit extreme. I was going to order two rejuvenator’s, but soon realized that the shipping fee double even though they could both ship in one box.

I believe her name was Marlow Her customer service skills are excellent. The process was seamless and painless and this comes from someone with over 30 years in retail/wholesale customer service.

I'm so happy! This will be my third 552 dumbbell set. In the past I have owned one set new and one set pre-owned of the 552 series. I am well aware of the plate situation in the past and that is why I am SO HAPPY! Addressing this and offering a new 552 series is just PERFECT! I love these dumbbells! Have for many years! Over the past few years of working out at home has been just great and now with these improvements to enjoy, well you can say that I am one very pleased and happy 76 year old guy. THANKS AGAIN!

I placed the order for a treadmill and shortly after that I received an email saying there has been a problem with my order. After calling the phone number provided on 2 different occasions, I found out there was a logistical problem but could not give a solution. Therefore, I cancelled the order.

I got rid of my old plate weight machine for a Bow flex, and it was a great move. I can get through my workouts faster due to the ease of changing the rods. The plate weight machine was "jerky", and caused nagging injuries. The Bow Flex is a very smooth muscle contraction, and my only regret is that I did not purchase it earlier.

Speaking from my personal experience; The machines are compact and fit into small spaces. However, they are strong, powerful and durable. Had the Tread climber TC5000 and loved it, Looking for a better experience with The T16 Treadmill.

My customer service agent went above and beyond to make sure he answered all of my questions and made ordering easy and simple. I wish I'd ordered direct from Bowflex instead of having to cancel my order through Dicks when no one could tell me when my Bowflex would arrive.

I have owned Bowflex adjustable dumbbells for almost 20 years and was very pleased with my experience. A few weeks ago, I decided to buy a new set of the 552 Select Tech dumbbells.

The order arrived fairly quickly, which was nice. Unfortunately, when I opened the package and tested the new dumbbells, we realized that they felt heavier than usual. I used our scale to weigh the 552's and it turned out that each of the dumbbells was 2.9 lbs heavier than the weight reads.

When I contacted customer service to return the dumbbells and take advantage of their 100% satisfaction guarantee, I was advised that I would be charged the following...

*Non-Refundable Original Shipping Cost (this is not a fee, it is money already paid to the carrier to ship the unit to you)

*$155 Standard Return Fee

*20% Handling Fee (Note: This fee will be waived if all items are in the original packaging)

I, of course, called customer service to try and get this resolved, but their team was unable to help and then they routed me to another group of support folks via email - who also were unwilling resolve this problem thoughtfully.

I followed up another time and asked to speak with a supervisor to get these egregious fees waived since their weights are not the accurate weight. They said someone may get back to me, but were unsure when.

The customer service experience has been horrible.

And the 100% satisfaction guarantee is obviously a joke.

I would discourage anyone from buying products from Bowflex. It's clear they do not look out for their customers, even longtime customers like myself.

I've been a long time User of Bowflex equipment. I have a Bowflex Power Pro. I needed to replace my rod rejuvenator. Beats going to a gym.

I ordered almost 6 hours ago and still haven’t received an order confirmation/receipt.
