The brace kept falling down below my knee so I returned it.

It’s been over a week since I ordered and the items still have not shipped.

Edited review to reflect the company’s excellent customer service and quick resolution of my issue following this review.

The brace was a little too small for my thigh. I did use your chart to measure from. I ordered a second brace. That is bigger. The only thing I wish is that the strap would go all the way around. Now with that out the way I love the brace. It keeps my my knee stable and while I do still have some pain, it’s not on the level as when I’m not wearing the brace. Also, it’s the only one I’ve ever purchased that hasn’t rolled down.

The product I ordered was received in record time, correct and complete. That they were the wrong size was entirely my fault for not reading the sizing chart properly. The return for an exchange was easy to do on the web site. I did not take the opportunity to speak with a customer service representative, but can only assume that they would also be helpful.

Very easy-to-use saw a difference just with one night using it a doctor friend of mine recommended wearing it at night while sleeping for a month.

I had a radial nerve palsy on my right hand. after put it on and few days later, immediately started recovering.

I was so happy to find this brace! I’m a smaller frame and it fit perfectly. Generous length for the larger arms. Comfort even over a shirt. Love the insert instructions.

they were too small.couldnt get them over the ball of my foot.it said it was for 11-12 size shoe and mine r 11.would like my money back asap.

The 2 stars is for the product but the operational execution of the company. The items shipped and arrived promptly. The product itself is a hand liner to act as a bit of protectant between thumb/hand and thumb brace. I was thinking it was more a stretch/compression/form fitting under layer. It’d just a cheap loose fitting knit thumb ‘sock’ basically. About 10 cents of material that doesn’t fit well and won’t last long.

I received my brace in a couple of days and the product was neatly packaged with some important instructions. But most of all I found a brace that really helped me. I’ve purchased many braces on my w, the VA has given me many braces thru out the years, and really none of them helped me. I can honestly say, this is the best brace I’ve ever purchased, and at a very affordable price. I couldn’t be happier.

I have a pinched nerve in my back and I experienced instant pain relief when I put this back belt on!

This was for my wife, she found relief the first time she used the brace. This will help her with walks and tasks around the house. It takes the pressure off the lower back and allows her to build back strength and moves her towards a more pain free life.

I'm a 1st time buyer and I was not sure what size I should get. We guessed and hope it is right.

Horrible experience with this company. Received brace and it cause my hand pain. I sent it back and altho the product was ineffective and not correct which caused pain BRACEABILITY still charged me shipping to return it. I wrote to let them know the pain it caused but still I’m out shipping. I’ll never buy from braceability again and will let everyone know
