Horrible experience with this company

Horrible experience with this company. Received brace and it cause my hand pain. I sent it back and altho the product was ineffective and not correct which caused pain BRACEABILITY still charged me shipping to return it. I wrote to let them know the pain it caused but still I’m out shipping. I’ll never buy from braceability again and will let everyone know

Ordered for my niece

Ordered for my niece. I was able to size her knee and order the brace which fit her correctly. I am not sure what happened when the care worker tried to fit the brace initially, but they struggled to put the brace on correctly. As I was not there, not sure what the issue was. She is slowly adjusting to wearing. She challenged but very conscious of appearance so getting used the bulkiness is taking her some time. Hoping the more she wears it, she sees the benefit of pain reduction and becomes happier to wear more often.

Package was not delivered

Package was not delivered. Tried working through customer support which put everything on me. I will never order again from them and not approving payment for the item I never received.

Be careful.

I purchased an OA knee brace from BraceAbility, which was delivered on April 15, 2026. The brace was tried on once on April 16 and returned the next day (April 17), well within their stated return window.
BraceAbility denied the return, claiming the item was “used/worn,” and provided photos as evidence. However, the photos they provided do not match the condition—or appear to be the same brace—that was returned. The brace in their images shows significant residue and wear inconsistent with a single try-on.
More concerning, their policy states that if a return is denied, they will not send the item back to the customer. In this case, they are attempting to keep both the product and the payment.
This is unacceptable. I have initiated a credit card dispute and recommend others be extremely cautious when purchasing from this company, especially for products that must be tried on to assess fit. I have photos of the brace, video of it being packed up, and proof of receipt and delivery within the two day window. Please also read reviews of this company on Google. Many 1 star reviews show a similar pattern. The company receives an item which was only tried on and then rejects the return keeping the item and the money.

Because our products are personal and medical in nature, we must uphold strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure every customer receives a product that is new, safe, and reliable. For this reason, items that do not meet our return criteria are disposed of immediately and cannot be returned to the customer or resold.

We understand this is frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment this has caused. However, we must apply our return policy consistently and fairly to all customers.

While we are unable to accept this return, we remain committed to supporting you with any future purchases or product questions you may have.

Do not do business with this Company

Do not do business with this Company. I ordered a knee brace from them that was $149.00.I was so excited to redo it in the mail 4 days later. I tried it on and adjusted it. Immediately I felt pain on the outside of my knee, and noticed just walking from one room to another in my house it would slide down my leg and not stay in place. I returned the brace the very next morning. Just got an email from the company they will not refund me because the brace was “worn and used”. I explained I only had the brace for 8 hours before I returned it to them. It couldn’t possibly be worn. They came up with some kind of story about fraying and dead dry skin being on the brace. I explained it was winter here in New York and the brace being very bulky was placed over my pants and didn’t even come in contact with my skin. As far as fraying if something frays in 8 hrs that’s just poor quality. Then she came up with a story about a stain on it. These people will say whatever they need to, not to refund you for the crap they give you. Very disappointing.
