Wish I could give zero as 1 star is…
Wish I could give a zero as 1 star is too high. No matter what feedback a customer can give for this business to improve, their ability to find excuses why they are not in the wrong is completely illogical and tiresome to have to argue with them. Will not recommend this business at all to do any branding! My only recommendation will be rather to give up on doing business in totality.
I know by writing this review, it will solicit a further excuse from Brands-up as response as to why they are not in the wrong and not take any accountability as is the case in every other response to bad reviews if you read other comments.
Just as expected… excuses for illogic reasoning, saying because shirts are on another continent the size doesn’t fit a 4yr old the same as a 4yr old in South Africa.. really disappointing that this supplier is still in business.

The feedback you are referring to was accusations, arguments and threats, which are not beneficial for any improvement and your reviews on a number of platforms continues to show and do that. We do not see 'My only recommendation will be rather to give up on doing business in totality' as critical feedback to improve.
The basis of your review is by no way related to our product and/or service offering. Only after taking you took the shirts to Australia to distribute, did you find out the kids clothing sizes are bigger in Australia than in South Africa - we cater for the South African market and garment size change across markets throughout the world.
Initially, you enquired about discontinued kids golf shirt, with not enough in the sizes that you needed to make up the order. We offered alternatives, where a final option was chosen by yourself, branded and delivered - there were no complaints about the branding, as your review implies. We supplied the exact sizes ordered and met all our contractual obligations and as these are branded items, they cannot be return or exchange.
Once again, we do sympathise about your situation, and have tired our best to accommodate, however the lack of understanding and accountability, that you see as excuses, has been an attempt to shifting blame that we delivered incorrect stock, instead of acknowledging that the incorrect sizes were ordered, for the market other than South Africa, that you were catering for.
