I am extremely disappointed with the…
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. From the outset, the team was unable to design my product according to the expectations clearly communicated. When I attempted to cancel the order due to these issues, I was informed that a cancellation fee would apply. I found this unreasonable, as the service provider was unable to deliver even a simple design as requested.
As a result, I felt pressured to proceed with one of their proposed designs. Upon delivery, however, the final product looked entirely different from what was approved. Had I known this would be the outcome, I would never have engaged with them.
I will not be using Brands Up again and strongly encourage others to carefully reconsider before doing so.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused — this is not the experience we aim to deliver.
To be transparent, the original artwork supplied was correct. However, due to a technical issue on the branding side, the incorrect artwork repeatedly pulled through during the upload process. While we did eventually resolve the positioning issue, we unfortunately only became aware after delivery that the branding had been placed in the wrong position on the caps.
We also want to clarify that there was no intention to pressure you into proceeding, but we acknowledge that the situation clearly felt that way, and for that we apologise.
As soon as we became aware of the error on Friday, we took immediate action. Leanne will contact you to redo and expedite the full order at our cost, and replacement stock (4 caps) is being delivered directly to you.
We appreciate you raising this and regret that we fell short on this order. Thank you for your patience while we correct it.
