If i could give them a negative star…
If i could give them a negative star rating, I would. They were absolutely excited to get my money for my car but now that it is paid off, SINCE AUGUST 2025, they do not seem to want to help me get the title. I have been waiting for 7 months and have the BBB involved and finally got to a higher up today who would not give me an extension or her last name but said she would help. I am thinking I might need to find a lawyer to get some help. This is the loan company for Carvana, horrible horrible experience.
I purchased one of their cars put $4000…
I purchased one of their cars put $4000 as a down payment. The vehicle was $20,000. I have already paid 16,000 into the car. Which is a total of 20.000 I only had the car for about four months started having transmission issues. The car would sometimes start sometimes it wouldn’t I was paying my car note as well as paying for a rental to get to work so I called bridgecrest explained to them. I’m having some issues with the transmission. The car is not running they suggest I surrender the car they will sell the car. I will have to pay the upside down balance so I listened. I surrendered the car. They sold the car for 9000 only for them to turn around and sue me for the entire price of the vehicle so as of now I am currently looking for an attorney who can represent me in court.😡😡😡 Pleaseeeee do not buy no carvana car under any circumstances Carvana will definitely sell you a lemon and if you surrender the vehicle, they will definitely sue you in court even if you paid off 45% of your vehicle the price of the car carvaan and bridgecrest are extremely bad crooks. I have also noticed on some of my documents. My name was forged..
I missed 2 payments with Bridgecrest…
I missed 2 payments with Bridgecrest and I tried to make arrangements to pay what I owed and they refused to work with me. This, after I put $15,000.00 down on the vehicle I was trying to purchase. Do not, I repeat, do not use this lender if at all possible.
This company are crooks and pos
This company are crooks and pos! Never missed a payment in 2 years but when i decide to voluntarily surrender my vehicle due to a transmission issue that the warranty company could not figure out for over a YEAR! and 8 different shops ive taken it to of there. They wanna send me a letter stating i have 10 days to request a public sale in writting by mail but i got the letter 2 days before the request was due! They would not extend the time frame or nothing just straight up told me they can not control the mail
Brigecrest SUCKS…
Should be a zero star button for this lender. Worst experience trying to pay off a car ever.
Don't finance with this company!!
Don't finance with this company!!
I am currently in the process of refinancing with my bank because of there negligence. They are the worst company on this planet. Avoid this company by all means.
When Bridgecrest seen I was looking at…
When Bridgecrest seen I was looking at my payoff amount they started calling and texting me nonstop "FOR NEXT MONTH'S PAYMENT"....LIKE RIGHT NOW..NOW!!!
THIS COMPANY IS LOW DOWN AND DIRTY....AND THEY DON'T EVEN CARE!
Also....they deleted/removed all my account details so I can"t see my true financial status...(because they want YOUR CAR back...anywaytheycangetit)!
Company "WEBSITE DEVELOPERS" should also be criminally charged for creating/deleteing/adding information for the purpose of harassing, being purposely deceitful and professionally unethical in their "intellectual creations"!
Don’t use Bridgecrest!!
Payment plans are wacky and they have terrible customer service
Not a good company. Do not trust
I got a car from them and they dropped my credit score multiple times without warning after the hard inquiry. 3 points here and there for no reason at all, not to mention the customer service is a joke
if I could give zero stars
if I could give zero stars, would.
I paid my car off about a month ago after using the app was waiting for my title finally got around to calling today and they told me I had to pay another $50 $40 in the remainder of the balance and a five dollar processing fee over the phone. You would think thought that they would reach out and say this is your balance, the balance is not paid off. BUT No they wanted to accrue more interest on the paid off car.
This company is nothing but a money gruber scam, they nickel and dime you to death would not recommend this company at all.
I have used many loan companies before, including my mortgage never have I dealt with such unprofessionalism and poor customer service
DO NOT USE BRIDGECREST
DO NOT USE BRIDGECREST. I decided to pay off my car within a few days of getting it as I decided I didn’t want to pay 11% interest. I paid it off by the pay off quote, and they said I owed an additional 113 dollars due to “principal”. I called about it and got hung up on twice, one person who couldn’t speak English, and one who explained to me that I didn’t pay the full principal balance (Which I did!). So I just paid the 113 dollars to get on with it and now it says I owe another 216 dollars? For what? They are not getting another dime from me. Do NOT use Bridgecrest if you buy a car from carvana. They are horrible and the customer service has no idea what they are talking about. I will be reporting them if they think they’re getting an additional 216 dollars from me!
worst customer service…
This was the worst customer service experience I ever had. They were very rude and condescending for no reason. After coming across all these negative reviews I see this was not an isolated incident. How and why is that behavior allowed? Stay away from this company.
I POSTED A REVIEW YESTERDAY AND WILL…
I POSTED A REVIEW YESTERDAY AND WILL KEEP POSTING NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVERYDAY UNTIL SOMETHING CHANGES. WORST FINANCE COMPANY ON̈ THE ENTIRE PLANET. I WILL POST EVERDAY ABOUT HOW SORRY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. PLEASE, PLEASE, STAY AWAY 🙏 I WILL POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVERYDAY.
Not great, not terrible
So I personally didn't have a negative experience with Bridgecrest. I had no problem setting up auto-pay, I was able to check my balance easily, and I got my title in a timely manner after paying the loan off.
Would I use them again? No. They are obviously a predatory loan company that survives off high interest payments and frequent repossessions. Additionally, their customer service is a joke. Offshored call centers and otherwise non-existent help. I would rate them one star solely based off all that, but since I didn't have a necessarily bad experience I'll be generous and give them two stars.
I was smart and played them by paying off my loan early. I feel sorry for the others who were suckered into their high interest loans to get a car easily.
App and websites suck
App and websites suck, they make them bad on purpose to discourage on time payment. The customer service is horrible. User experience is just plain awful. I hope the whole company drinks poisoned kool aid and keels.
Worst car company doesn't work with you…
Worst car company doesn't work with you keeps calling and harassing you. No manager to talk to to stop the calls.
Mean representatives!
I had a very poor customer service experience with Bridgecrest. I spoke with two different representatives, and both were unhelpful and dismissive. My issue was not resolved, and I felt talked down to rather than supported. I would not recommend this company based on customer service alone. It makes total sense why their rating is so low!!
Carvana and Bridgecrest have the worst…
Carvana and Bridgecrest have the worst customer service especially when financing a vehicle and also when dealing with a total loss. The customer service department can not properly relevant information such as when they received the check from the insurance company. They say that a hold of 10 business days needs to be applied to a certified check. There total loss department does not communicate to customers, therefore, causing you to wait on hold as the customer service rep has to privately communicate with them and you have to hope that they properly relay the information. God forbid you have another question, they will have to do it again.
You will also notice from the photos on Carvanas website many vehicles that lack cleanliness, and have many imperfections. Many cars are ‘fleet’ use.
The car I bought from them smelled grossly of cigarettes to the point that the driver who dropped the car off literally told me of it as soon as she got out of the vehicle. Also, it came with a burn home in the passenger seat (leather interior), that was not mentioned or shown in the imperfection photos. When I mentioned it to customer service, they offered only $100 detailing package, which shows that vehicles being presentable to customers is an afterthought.
I highly suggest to not buy a car from them and search out other dealers such as CarMax and or Autonation
THE WORST FINANCE COMPANY EVER…
THE WORST FINANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Unfortunately Carvana has to take this hit due to the relationship they have with Bridgecrest Financial because this was one of their preferred lenders. TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH BRIDGECREST!!! CARVANA USES THEM!!!!!!
Carvana and Bridgecrest Title rule is ridiculous
We recently traded a car in and bought a new one from Carvana. The car itself is fine. But when it was delivered, they left 2 dealer stickers in the middle of driver's side windshield. It took us about 5 hours, a razor blade, and an adhesive remover to get the stickers and all the sticker glue off the windshield.
Both my husband and I were supposed to be on all the paperwork. We are both on the loan, but when we got the car registration, it only listed my husband. I called them, and they apologized and stated I'd have to do that through the DMV, but they would pay for any fees incurred to do that. I went to the DMV, who said that the lender has to give us a letter, and then we can work to get us both on the title.
I then called Carvana back, and they said they can't put us both on the title, because they have an agreement with their loan vendor, Bridgestone, stating they can only add one person to the title, and that we would have to refinance the car with another lender in order to do that. This was the first time we heard of this through the whole process.
So now, we either have to refinance the car with a different lender at a higher percentage rate/monthly payment, or we have to risk the fact that if anything happens to my husband, I have no legal right to the car, but would still be on the hook for the loan.
