The Bristol Residential Letting Company have been managing my property for me for over 5 years and I can’t speak highly enough of the service they provide. From initial marketing and interviewing tenants, through to overseeing maintenance and inspections, their service is excellent. My designated property manager, Gemma McLaughlin, consistently goes above and beyond. She gets back to me almost instantly with any email queries and was especially helpful recently when we needed to replace several kitchen units, which took a lot of coordination between delivery drivers and contractors.
I also feel that they provide an excellent service for my tenants. For example, on one occasion when the boiler broke down, they provided local gym passes for the tenants so that they could access a hot shower during the couple of days it took to get the boiler replaced.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this letting company. They make the whole property letting process completely effortless.

I continue to be pleased with the service I receive from this company. Charlie Locke is always responsive and proactively makes suggestions for options when resolving a problem. The routine stuff he just gets on without even involving me where that's appropriate.

This company is so helpful when you are searching for a home, and then is absolutely terrible once on contract. They leave items weeks to months unfixed and unfinished. The client is forced to do all follow-up individually with the contractors. It's curious what they are actually managing vs just accepting a paycheck from landlords. In addition their staff is rude and often unresponsive. This company is a scam.

Our property manager, Phebe, has been very helpful in assuring the smooth management of our property. She communicates clearly and nothing is too much trouble. We wanted a mostly "hands off" service for the property and Phebe has been great with that.
