Excellent service from Brookside. Of the 40 polyanthus plants ordered only 3 haven't survived, the rest are thriving. The plugs arrived on time and well packaged. Superb, thank you.

We supply only the very best quality plants at a time of your choosing. We’ve developed tried and tested systems to allow you to select a specific dispatch week for your plants when you place your order. This allows you to accurately plan your crops, help you save money by avoiding unnecessary heating of greenhouses and reduce inconvenience around delivery timings. Further recent investment in our systems now means that not only do we allow you to pick a dispatch week for your plants, if you have supplied us with your email address, we will now advise you in advance of the day that we intend to dispatch your plants on.

Choice of delivery dates
One of the few companies that offer customer choice delivery dates within reason. The further north you live the later you want your spring deliveries for obvious reasons

Hi
Thank you for your review.
Anne, Brookside Plant Nursery
I was very disappointed with the service & price …
I was disappointed with the overall service - the parcel arrived on my doorstep in an upright portrait position & not horizontal - although I accept this is the fault of the courier. However, the plants were badly damaged with several of them bent or broken. I emailed the supplier immediately and to date have not received a response. I would not use this company again due firstly to the delivery issue & secondly the items are overpriced for what I have received. I cannot envisage my two baskets ever resembling the image on their website

Hi Ann
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are very sorry to hear your order arrived damaged, this is certainly not what we would expect.
I have completed a search on your email and unfortnately we have not received a message from you about this, which is why we have not responded as of yet. Resolving issues with our customers when they arise is paramount, which is why I have contacted you directly to see if we can look to a resolution for you.
Kind regards,
Anne
