I ordered a costume in anticipation for Halloween and it never arrived. There was no communication from the vendor until I wrote to inquire and I was informed that the package had been delayed by the carrier and then was ultimately returned to the vendor. They issued a refund.

The costume came in on time and was fine. The sizing is definitely strange for some breeds but it still looked cute and my dog even won spookiest costume. I paid extra for quicker shipping and while it did arrive on time, I was skeptical bc I was not sent a 2nd email when it shipped and tracking was unavailable. Luckily, it got here in time but I could see it causing problems for other people who are relying on the tracking updates and it not showing.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping when I placed my order on 10/22. Halloween party was on 10/30. On 10/28 I called and was told that DHL lost a truck , that apparently had my order in it. But they refunded my 12.99 expedited shipping charge. Costume arrived on 11/1. It was cute but a little large and of course- useless because it arrived too late. Please use UPS or Fed Ex instead of DHL who never alerted me of the delay nor returned any calls or emails.

Ordered the item in time to receive by Halloween….. this is November 9th and I don’t have the item yet!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery service was off , it’s been 2 weeks after Halloween and still no costume. This is the worst I will never again shop back here too much money and no real accurate time for your delivery. I blame this company for not giving customers a indefinite time frame of something for a specific holiday. I’ll stick with Amazon. Don’t waste your time or money. And yes, I’m still waiting on its arrival on November 9.

I hate to give a one star review, but we never received this item. We ordered it for Halloween and a week past Halloween it’s still not here.

Terrible. I paid extra to expedite my delivery and was told it would arrive before Halloween. It did not come until the following Wednesday.

Never received order. Still waiting on refund.

I paid for expedited shipping and the costume was to arrive by October 29th. It never arrived until November 4th. I asked for a refund to return the costume and have not received a response. Very disappointed.

They lost my package and so it was not delivered by Halloween so I did not have a costume. I will never buy from this company again.

I have not received my item. It was supposed to be delivered by 10/29/21 and it’s 11/8/21 today.

Paid the $12.99 expedited shipping to get mys sons hulk gloves by Halloween. Delivery was guaranteed to be delivered by Oct 28. Did not receive until Nov 5thth. Customer service never messaged me back where the package was or after I requested full refund.

The company offers two day shipping for a more expensive fee but then shops from what appears to be China and the costumes do not come in a reasonable amount of time. I paid for “two day” shipping and it took over two weeks. Asked for my money back and was told I was refunded on shipping but I was not really issued any type of refund. Asked for a refund on both the item and the shipping and never received a response.

I paid for expedited shipping and ordered over a week in advance. The costume arrived several days after Halloween. Disappointing for my son as this was likely his last Halloween.

item ordered and paid extra for expedited shipping. SIXTEEN days later the item has not been delivered and the tracking for the item does not show an estimated delivery date or location of the package. No refund has been processed like the company stated. Website seems like a scam company.

While I know I was ordering last minute for this year's Halloween, I paid the expedited shipping cost, and costumes did not arrive by Halloween. It's a week after and they still have not arrived.
