I reached out to you to return the $500 Chewbacca costume that came with a mask that you can’t even see through and missing for your department that handles the returns told me I only have 15 days. Your company shipped it on the Nov. 30th I didn’t receive it for three days after that I emailed to return it on December 15, I was well within my window I have emailed the return department several times with no reply I will be disputing this with my eBay account and I’ll also be leaving you a Google review along with your provided shipping statement and the date of my email for return. Clearly $500 must be a lot of money for you as well as it is for me seeing as how you cheat somebody out of it….. i’ve been a business owner for 35 years I’ve seen some very dirty business tactics, but nothing quite as good as this!!!!

I had a issue with shipping I reached out to them and they resent and it arrived on time excellent customer service.

Bought a little girls cowgirl dress. It was shipped quickly etc, but was very very cheap. The material is so thin, and sticks to its self. It’s like really really low quality felt.

I was informed last Tuesday, Dec. 7 that it was on the way. O e week later I'm still waiting!!!

Lets see. They list an item on Ebay. Top seller they claim. I buy said item. 5 days later not shipped. Messages on ebay ignored. Finally I call just to be told they don't have the item to ship. Now I need to buy elsewhere and pay overnight shipping. Unprofessional. Horrible. Stay Away

Paid expedited shipping to receive my order by December 9th. Package arrived on the 11th and it was too late for the party on the 10th.

I'm still waiting for my refund to be issued for a costume I returned in Oct.

I ordered a Santa costume, professional beard and boots. Got the beard and boots. Customer service Brittany wrote a kind note explaining they were not sending the Santa suit and she was refunding the charge. Beard and boots not really useful by themselves.

Not a good experience overall from a site I have previously never had a problem with.

Did not get notice of delivery schedule until after purchase. Delivery date was after the date of the play that is was bought for. I called immediately to cancel the order, but was too late on a Friday afternoon to cancel. Was told that I could return it after delivery. Picture showed a very nice looking costume.

I placed an order on 10/24, and still have not received my package. I sent four messages through the contact form on your website, and *still* have not heard back. The tracking information still shows it hasn't been picked up by DHL. I don't know what to do at this point besides call my credit card company and file a dispute.

I ordered a Joker costume for a family Halloween party on or about October 23, 2021, and had it delivered to that destination. When I opened he package, a completely different costume was inside - a character from the IT movie who I had never heard of before. It definitely was not Joker from Batman. The enclosed invoice said "Joker costume," but that's not what was in the package. I had to punt and come up with a different costume at the last minute, almost ruining the family theme of Batman characters. I sent the costume back to you when I returned home, but have not heard back about a complete refund. If I am charged the re-stocking fee when I didn't even get the right costume, I will have an even bigger problem with you. I won't order from you again.

Bought the mouse mask for a lab rat costume for Halloween. The mask was well made and was easy to see through.
Customer service was excellent.
