I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered seat covers but my order was lost in the system for three months. When they finally found it, it took another few weeks for them to ship it. When it finally arrived, the material was such crap I could hardly believe they sold this to the public as "quality seat covers". I tried to send them back for a refund and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone, via e-mail or text. This company is dispicable. Stay away!

Very quick to take my money but slow about everything else. After a couple of weeks waiting, I received an email telling me my order had been shipped. I thought "okay, they've obviously had to make my seat covers from scratch when I ordered them, now they are on their way". Unfortunately that was not the case. Weeks and weeks passed, every time I checked the tracking information, nothing had changed, so I finally contacted them to get an update on my order. I get some weird response back about how Paypal are holding their funds and won't release them anytime soon, so they are no longer accepting Paypal payments. They said I should open a dispute to get my money refunded, and if I still want the seat covers, I should place a new order and pay with a bank card. Fortunately I got a quick refund from Paypal so I'm not out of pocket, but I would like to know why I was given shipping information to track my order when it was never shipped out to me in the first place!?!

I ordered a chair seat cover, to see if I liked it, it took weeks to finally arrive, but I ordered 5 more, on 26th August , happy to wait for them to arrive from China, I believe,,,,anyway, as at 13th October, they have still not arrived. It kinda rubs salt into the wound, when I get an email, asking me to rate my experience! 😝. As I paid by PayPal, I’ve requested a refund, and, hopefully, I’ll get it! Don’t bother, shop elsewhere!

Weeks of no delivery and now ignored by the bot who was replying before.
I am beyond frustrated at the lack of service/transparency and they have the gall to keep sending me adverts to order more.
I will now ask for a refund with not much hope - they sure were quick to TAKE my money though!! Grrr....

So that's now 7 weeks I've been waiting for 1 chair cover, several emails and text messages have got me nowhere, very very bad customer service and my advice would be don't use this company

Ordered some seat covers from this company 2 weeks ago and haven't received any response whatsoever! They took my payment immediately and all my numerous inquiries about the order have been ignored. I am now dealing with my credit card issuer to get my money back. Don't waste your time with these scanmmers. The five-star reviews on here are probably from the company owner's mother who was paid thousands of dollars for her fake reviews. Thousands of dollars that are owed to legitimate customers who are patiently waiting for their refunds.

After a very long wait,chair covers didn't fit correctly and colour recieved not as advertised.
Awful costomer service from obviously some sort of automated response from someone called Laura!!!Eventually had to take issue of refund up with Paypal.
Pay a little more and use a reputable company to save yourself from wasting time with this one.

Placed my order and gave followed up 4 times trying to get shipping information. Get the same response “it’ll be shipped and I should have by next week” It’s been 5 weeks now. I sent an email requesting a refund as I doubt I’ll ever get it. Probably won’t get the refund either

I ordered sofa covers over a month ago. When I asked for an update on delivery all I got was their auto response, then when Laura (if that's even her name) did respond, she just said she'd look into it. Nothing for days, so I sent an email telling Laura to cancel my order and refund my money. Again, automated response. Then today, days later, Laura has finally responded saying it's delayed through no fault of theirs, and it'll be delivered next week. No mention of my refund!! I couldn't want the cover less right now!! So I've just fired off yet another email telling them to refund my money tomorrow. Let's see what happens.....

It took 3 weeks to get my chair covers but they don't fit and I have been trying for days to get them to send me a return label. Don't order from this company.

Took over a month for my order to ship. It only shipped because I threatened to dispute the charge and now that it doesn't fit they refuse to ket me return it. I have emailed and messaged multiple times and they refuse to answer me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

This company is not trustworthy. I ordered four chair covers over a month ago. Still haven't received them. When I hit on the Chinese tracking, it shows still on the water. Please! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty sure it is a scam! I have waited almost 2 months now for my order and all I can get to is an automated service or email automated service which is kind of funny but the response is from the same person, Stephanie! Who I do not believe is real. Maybe she is and just takes and processes your money but don't expect to every get your product! Been waiting since July!!! Never order from them unless you like just giving away money! Worst place ever!!!

6 weeks after placing my order, have not received the cover, despite several inquiries and promises that it was on the way. Cancelled the order, requested refund, wondering how much trouble this will be, based on lack of response to filling the order.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ordered a month ago and nothing but run around about order delivery. Quick on taking money but not on delivery. DO NOT order from them, Huge scam

Absolutely do not use these people. They took 2 months to send out my order, by which point I no longer needed it, so I emailed to cancel. Conveniently (for them) it was sent out the following day. They require you to contact them in order to get a refund, but are not replying to any of my Facebook messenger messages (one of their recommended channels), phone calls or emails over the past week.

Zero stars. Processed payment immediately but will not provide a true shipping time. I have sent 6 emails. A chat and a voicemail asking for cancellation and refund. I receive an automated reply each time advising my order will be received by the end of “next week” , but they won’t provide tracking info. This is a scam.

I ordered chair covers from them and they never sent them. No way to reach them as the link they had to contact them is bogus.

Did take a while to receive but was worth the wait. Great value for money & totally transformed my chair..perfect
