Promises, promises but no delivery…
Ordered covers first week in June with 5 to 10 delivery, never received covers first email from them to say there was a delay and I would get covers the following week, nothing another email apologising, saying there were supply issues but would get items following week again nothing demanded money back. Received email saying I would get my covers definitely. Guess what, no delivery again. I asked my bank to do charge back which they did. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Judging by reviews there is a pattern developing
Not Bad, Not Great
I ordered back on July 24, 2022. When I hadn't heard from the company, I went online and saw a mixed review some good, many not good and stating they were a scam. I gave it about a week and a half then emailed them stating when I had ordered and asked to please let me know if the company was scam as I had read online. If I didn't hear from them, I would report to State's Attorney and Fed Fraud Division. Received the automated reply most have spoken about and then a day later, received an email apologizing for the delay and that they would be mailing it out by that Friday. Received an email that it had been shipped and followed it from Asia to the US. It took until today, August 17th, but I did receive. Now, the covers are decent, but the material is thin. My chairs have a pattern and you can see it through the material. Considering I purchased 4 for $25, not going to make a stink about it. They do go on easily and if the material was thicker they would be very nice! If you have a solid color chair you are covering, probably won't make a big difference. If you can get them on sale, I would recommend. But be prepared to email them a few times to kickstart the process. Hope this helps!
Very disappointed with this company!
Very disappointed with this automated company customer service! I’ve been waiting 1.5 mths for chair covers to Western Australia. I asked to cxl my order and full refund ASAP last week to which I get a very generic reply apologising for the inconvenience but because my order is in transit and will be delivered last Friday (I’m still waiting) they cannot refund me.
*Buyer beware - wait times are def not up to 10 business days as stated online!!
* Update 31/8/22 - I received my chair covers today…randomly and out of the blue *

Ordered a slipcover on 8/4. The company billed my credit card on 8/5. Today is 8/15 and I still do not have my slipcover. I called my credit card company and asked them to credit my card. They agreed to do so.

My experience with Cabrexa has been nothing but great. I ordered the wrong size slip cover for my couch. I immediately contacted them and asked for a cancellation and refund. They were very nice and worked with me. I've read all the negative reviews and pray that they maybe have worked their kinks out and doing better.

Ordered the seat covers on the 26/07/22. Received an email on the 06/08/22 informing my ordered had been dispatched with YunExpress tracking number, down loaded the app AfterShip that YunExpress use. All useful information on the app including a Royal Mail tracking number for when the package arrives in the UK. The app supplies updates as the parcel travels from China to the UK. My seat covers arrived today, I am very pleased with them and they fit my chairs well. Overall experience was excellent.

FINALLY A PLEASING OUTCOME!
I had a 5 star shopping experience with Cabrexa in 2021 and my second shop was a dismal 1 star rating 5 months ago, as I didn’t receive my purchase. I am pleased to state that after all my emailing, I have recently received a full refund!
This company is NOT a scam, I think there’s been issues with supplying the demand. They also appear disorganised and rely upon automated communication which is not helpful. Consequently, I am leaving a 3 Star but will not be ordering from them again 😕

So I have ordered from CABREXA in the past and you would of thought lesson learnt from that when I waited weeks for 2 chair covers, but no I ordered 4 more chair to match what I have. Well that was back in 6th June 22 with a 3-5 day delivery and still I wait.
Take the money real quick but deliver the goods you have to be joking
Chase,chase,email after email call the number and text it to but to no avail now we have silence and I have no covers but you have had my money
Problems problems excuses after excuses you should really think long and hard before placing any order with this company
Shame really because if you ever get one the covers do exactly what you need and are very well priced but the customer service is appalling

Disgusting company, don’t touch them!! They are scamming people out of money and not supplying the goods. Have emailed them several times just get the same email back!! Have reported them to PayPal.

Very very terrible customer service. I've emailed them and they ask for a picture. Like why are they making things so complicated, I just want to return it so I can get it out of the way. And then the next day they didn't reply back to my email for a return. I have emailed them more than 5 times and they never answered. They are not helpful at all. Very disappointed on them.
Terrible Service - aviod
Terrible Service - after a long wait I emailed Cabrexa and was surprised to receive a reply saying they had problems but they were resolved. Received the cover a week later.
It didn't fit, I emailed asking for advice and received a reply asking for photos. These were sent but now no reply for about a month - maybe they haven't in fact recovered. Avoid.......
Scamming money
This company has taken my money and not delivered. I have emailed at least 10 times asking for a full refund, where is my order and received I email back saying we are busy and you will receive it by end of week. Never happened. As soon as I mentioned a refund they now refuse to answer. Will mot use again do not recommend. As far as I can see they are scamming customers from hard earned cash and keeping it!

Does "Cabrexa" still exist
Does "Cabrexa" still exist? I placed a small order with this setup on the 8th of June. The projected delivery was for between 3 and 9 days. So far - nothing, apart from a couple of bland responses to my enquiries, from a "bot". Ironically, I have also received a follow up e mail seeking feedback on the quality of the product!! I suspect that I am unlikely ever to receive my order. As others on your forum have suggested- best avoided.

Where is my chair cover??
Placed an order on 6th June 2022 for 1 chair cover to see what it would be like. 30 days later and numerous emails (always Laura), still no chair cover! This has got to be one of the worst companies and I wish I had read all the poor reviews before I wasted my money. Appalling customer service.

I did receive my chair covers but the do not fit. I have left three phone messages with “Stephanie”…nothing. I have also sent two emails for “easy” return instructions…nothing.
