I opt-in into a promotion right before it ended. Hitting the requirements before it ended, but it did not register at their end. I send improve of my gameplay only for them to say that it expired before I won. Which is not true. The promotion was paid out so they're not allowed to add any winnings to my account. Forcing them to say that it expired before it was completed. Upon their mistake, they are calling me a liar. When I send in the proof. But only to compensate me $20.
For the misunderstanding. Which shows me that they were in the wrong. I am totally frustrated with this casino in doing this. Shame on you guys. They failed to show me proof which I have asked for. If I did not meet the requirements, I think they should show proof like I showed proof that I did win. This is poor customer service.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience with the Caesars Rewards program under Caesars Entertainment. I called Ceasars today from recent review of Bobbys Burgers Paris Las Vegas on December 23, 2025. Email first no response. Called Ceasars Customer care 1 800-223-7277 today Mon 2/16/26.

For many years, I have considered your rewards and entertainment offerings to be top of the line. The level of service, professionalism, and value has consistently met — and often exceeded — my expectations. Unfortunately, my experience today did not reflect the high standards I have come to associate with your brand.

We Bobby and the crew. We’ve been going to Bobby since it opened in 2022 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. The burgers are divine and reasonably priced. This review today is about the blueberry yogurt parfait. Last visit December 23, 2025. I was gonna purchase 1 Blueberry yogurt, parfaits my favorite but The parfait I purchased was less than half full, so I asked the manager kindly if I could get two for one and she declined I was disappointed. The blueberry parfaits are about $10.99 each. I had to purchase 2 since they were half full at a little over $21+ tax. I attached a picture so you could see the size and the cost. I posted this review last night and didn’t see it today so I’m reposting. We’ve been watching Bobby Flay since he started in 1994. Please make it right Bobby and crew. Thank you. Kelly

Today MON 2/16/26 recieved an email from Bobby team in response** Bobbys team*requested to reach out to Ceasars.com. NO RESPONSE... THen I called Contact number. 800 -223-7277 customer care....I spoke to Claire who apoligized 10 times no resolution. I reqested a supervisor spoke to Hennesy.. She apoligized 4 times no resolution. She said she will connect me to the manager at Bobbys and transferred me to a manager ???? I have been waitng on hold for 39 mins at present. Unreal. BLAME GAME- No resoluiton. For a $10.99 + tax refund. What a joke. My time is worth more then this no respect for a valued customer. No respect. I hung up after almost 40 minutes on hold! SAD, NO RESOLUTION BUT CESEARS ADDED MORE FRUSTRATION!! Kelly

AS BAD AS IT GETS/ SCAMMERS

AS BAD AS IT GETS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM We booked a reservation in November 2025 for February stay in 2026 and received an email confirmation. All is good at this point. When to print out reservation information for our upcoming trip a week prior. We were shocked to learn that the reservation was cancelled and the hotel has no excuses or reasons why. Now they want 50% more money for the same exact booking. We refused to be scammed by this company

El Dorado Scioto downs a part of Caesar’s…

Eldorado Scioto Downs, part of Caesars Entertainment, is easily the worst casino I have ever visited in 30 years of gambling. The slots are unbelievably tight, with endless dead spins, and even when a bonus finally hits it usually pays one or two dollars on hundreds lost. I am a Diamond Plus member who goes three to four times a week, lose thousands a year, and still saw my free play reduced and my small monthly food voucher taken away despite playing more, not less. The hosts are unresponsive, do not return emails for weeks, and the phone numbers provided ring endlessly with no answer, making the place feel rundown, greedy, and completely disrespectful to loyal players.

Caesars: 👎

As many many others have observed, Caesars has gone seriously downhill. Their hotels are all outdated, service is terrible, hosts are overworked and non-attentive, etc. etc. I am Seven Stars at Caesars, and Platinum at MGM, and I can tell you that MGM is head and shoulders above Caesars. Not even close.

Most recent bad experience: The confirmed my ticket to a NYE event but the day before they said they made a “mistake” and withdrew the confirmation. What??

Nobody cares and there is no accountability. My 2026 NY resolution: Avoid Caesars.

My recent trip to the flamingo Cesar’s property in las Vegas was meant with rude bartenders and security personal check in staff seemed miserable and very dismal casino. As a diamond plus rewards member I have never in 12 stays in 3yrs have ever been able to check in before 2pm as tier status shows it’s a perk you receive when earning plus status when asked i was told floors shut down due to not enough staying at the hotel I guess they thing its rewards member fault never once been offered a upgrade but I did get scammed when I tried slipping the check in personal $25 and he smiled at me and said let me see what I can due when getting to my room it was what I booked when I returned to question him he said I got you a room with a small refrigerator I explained to him I have stayed here dozen times and all rooms to my knowledge have this amenitie. I went and spent roughly 5.000 in four days so I could keep my diamond plus stats by the 1st of the new year not to be told that oh by the way we’re taking your four free drinks taken away for your tier level so sorry your pretty much a idiot that you just flew here and roughly spent five thousand dollars

I called today to get tickets to Colin Cloud at Harrahs Las Vegas. We had a young lady help us on the phone, her name was Nicki with Caesar's entertainment. She was really polite, professional and knowledgeable. More important than she was able to get us a discount. Please, thank her for a job well done! Signed fat & bald

They are a rip off 99.9% loss

From about June 7th to June 11th I did a test with Caesars and horseshoe but mainly Caesars over those days I spent $5,000 and 99% of my spins actually 99.9 word totally dead spins the others were little hits very little and I was betting up to $27 to spend I should have been winning hundreds of dollars on some of them now I got nothing not even enough to withdrawal not once not even 100 bucks now if that doesn't tell you there but I don't know what does I proved it to me Caesars is awful and I kept depositing and depositing and depositing and depositing they won't even let me hit 300 or 500 bucks nothing at all not even a hundred never gave me free spins never gave me the wheel and I scream video shot it a lot of it I got most of it I got I'm actually so if anybody's interested in those videos I'm gladly have them to stop these casinos from robbing us

I was member for over 5 years lost over…

I was member for over 5 years lost over 200 thousand dollars, I was on vip program and they took me off cause I asked for new host other then mervon. It's been 19 months and still haven't received a single cash bonus from Caesars as I continued to deposit and lose.

This is for sport book betting. Better said we had to pay $455. Before she could release winnings once paid she said it would take a week to transfer with Zell here daughter died in car accident. John her supervisor was contacted and he said the were working on it. It has been 2 weeks now and no word. Betty's tragedy his hers not any body else's. So once we get the money we are canceling our account and never play in a Ceasars Casino ever and if some one would ask me about Ceasars I woul tell them the worthless go some where else.

This happened in Blackhawk LADYLUCK casino: Canceled NYE one night stay the day before and incurred a $72.10 on credit card within the allowed timeframe without penalty. They also told all my points away as a diamond plus member. We are 80 years old and English not so good. Wife was sick so we can med the one night on 12/30. Please refund me and put back my points

I've played a lot of online gaming and this app is by far the worst out there. I've never been disconnected from a server so many times in my life. It plays slower than dial up Internet. If it wasn't the only one that did it I would blame my wifi. I just feel like an idiot for falling for this scam more than once. Hard to believe they get away with it.

Not what I'd Expect from the Caesar's Name

This was my first experience with Caesar's Entertainment. I stayed at the Flamingo, so expectations were neutral. Several disappointments have me re-thinking staying with Caesar's hotels in the future. I stayed between Sep/22 and Sep/25.
My first full day, the 23rd, I intended to spend time at the spacious pool, only to be greeted by staff saying the pool is "closed for the season", being renovated, and that it will be even better when done. Little help that does for my current stay. Only option is a much smaller family pool that has no capacity to serve a Vegas hotel. Other hotels i viewed/visited all had their pools open in the 36C / 98F heat.

The room was not clean and in a state of disrepair. For some reason, my shower had no curtain, the shampoo dispensers were missing, and there was body hair on the floor. (Not from my body, and not from someone's head)

Yes I have pictures. Really too bad since I don't think it's much to ask for a clean room and a Vegas style resort experience, when being charged 50 US per day for resort fees.

PS I tried to contact Cust service via the Caesar's reward site but no response.

If I could give negative stats I would

If I could give negative stars I would, customer service sucks, they can’t answer questions and can’t find the fix for any problem, I’ve been a rewards member for over 10 years and as soon as I download the Sportsbook app when it legalizes in my state, all of the sudden I cant be verified and they can’t help. All they say is wait an hour, I’ve waited for 9 days for a 24 hour wait period on a supervisor to call me. I’ve waited 9 days for a document that has been submitted 4 times to be reviewed. Caesar’s is a joke and I will take my business elsewhere since their customer service treats you like you are nothing.

Do not book. No house keeping. Worst customer support

Wa are now staying in Paris hotel. They haven't cleaned our room for two days in a row now. I called 10 times to get fresh towels. Even after 4 hours we still didn't get them. Worst hotel ever stayed. Over priced for received service. I had to complain hotels.com as well.
We will definitly reconsider about staying in any of Ceasars hotel again.

DO NOT RESERVE VERSAILLES TOWER!

First off, we stayed in the new Versailles Tower, which is NOT at the Paris hotel, but is located way in the back of the Horseshoe Hotel and Casino. I mean, the elevators are about a mile from the self-parking garage. Valet is $40 plus tips, so we hiked our luggage not knowing the situation at all.
The room was nice (King Pool View) but we had many issues. The bed sheets were the worst, so harsh/rough. The pillows made crinkling sounds like they were wrapped in plastic. The stand up shower had no place to put anything except the floor. So that was super inconvenient. No tub. One day housekeeping left all lotions and nothing else. We didn't bring shampoo/conditioner, so that was a pain. The WORST ISSUE every traveler should know is that at 7am every morning, there was banging/construction going on--sounded like it was from upstairs. Complained/called manager, was transferred four times. Never talked to manager. Never was contacted back. We checked out early, tired and disgusted with the entire trip. I looked at my credit card, and to top it all off, Caesars has charged me TWICE for the reservation. OMG!

Cant log on 9 out of ten times

Cant log on 9 out of ten times. Have to use locator most every time. Constantly rejects your password so you have to reset it. Spend at least twenty minutes to log on every time. Support is virtually non existent with a useless chat. Chat support play stupid on your problem no matter how you explain the problem. So frustrated after placing several bets will never use this site again. Not to mention never got the bonus. Bonehead chat kept telling me its loaded on Mondays and yes i get it but it was already 3 Mondays...She could not understand that while laughing. If you want to lose your mind with stupid....have at it!!!!!!
