Nothing but a huge scam. If the details below can save others from the same fate...
They first call you to gather information, they will ask to connect to your computer (DO NOT ALLOW THIS) to see the affected account (this they will use to gather information on the money they can steal) then they will send you emails saying that they where able to track down the money and that you need to open an Atomic wallet. Each time they will call you the amount they say they recovered will increase. You are then asked to transfer funds for liquidity (this is the trap). The second you send crypto to this wallet it is gone. The wallet will show a balance in USD, but after a while it drops to 0. They will show that it was converted to Ethereum (it is in fact a token not the coin). But if you look at the transaction on the blockchain it will show value of 0.
Do not fall for the pressure tactics, if you have sent money to them already, it's gone! Do not send any more. And the best course of action is to hang up and block the numbers.

Nothing but a scam! You do not pay any upfront fees and after a few days, they will tell you that they recovered your money. Then they make you open a wallet to receive your money (i.e. Atomic Wallet). They will ask you to put some crypto in it (mine was 0.04BTC) as a requirement from AML. Now you are ready to receive your money however a withdrawal fee needs to be paid before (mine was $1500USD). After you send them the fee, you never hear from them again!!!!!! BEWARE!

Nothing but a scam. After a few days they say they recovered your money however you must pay a fee before they transfer it to your account. Once you pay they no longer exist!!!
