I am upset
I am upset. I ordered a dishwasher and then found a lower price at another store. I called and they did reduce the price but inadvertently added a $70 delivery fee. It felt dishonest as both sites had free delivery. Very misleading. I did call to try to have it resolved as I thought it was an error but they refused to refund the additional money,

I bought a freezer
It was a quick purchase given my old freezer had failed and it was an emergency.
Sales associate was very helpful.
Freezer arrived next day. Only thing that would have helped is if the the delivery people had properly leveled the feet.

Was sent a washing machine instead of a dryer I had just purchased a washing machine from the same place less than nine months ago. Why would I order another washing machine now I’m stuck with a washer and no dryer. Multiple calls to the company and no reply. Will never use them again.

Great Experience
I was greeted when I walked into the store. Atri was very helpful. My refrigerator was delivered within 2 days of my order, and the delivery guys were so careful. I loved the delivery, and the setup was included in the price, and there was a very small fee to take away the garbage. I will definitely use them again.

Beware really horrible after sales customer service
First off Google this company read honest reviews not regulated on the forums it won't let me attach link here..... this company will hands down leave you after the sale the salesman must work on commission and once they have it they don't care even a little to ask simple question or answer the fact that hey I haven't taken delivery of my appliance for 10 months I waited and the price drops 3500$ and I can't get the new price b.s or the fact you spend 20k on a thermador fridge and the handles arnt included so after your long wait now you have a fridge your not using until the handles show up another 1100$ btw something that should be disclosed when you purchase I mean they love upselling but drop the ball on that one probably cause people would back out and look elsewhere, if your dishwasher shows up damaged they try and force you to take 50$ for the damage and fight you for months to get a replacement door i bought alot from them wasn't done either but I am now I'll go elsewhere I'd go to home Depot before these guys hands down

Considerate salesperson and outstanding delivery
Adesh, our salesperson, listened to our needs and issues and helped us find the replacement fridge that best met our needs.
The delivery staff were extremely considerate and managed to get the fridge placed in a difficult location (several narrow doorways). Their overall service was exceptional and noteworthy.

I ordered a washer off of the website
I ordered a washer off of the website, the delivery date was clearly shown for the following day. However, when I contacted the store I was very curtly informed that the truck was already loaded for the next day and delivery cannot be guaranteed. However, I rechecked the website while on the phone with the store and the following day was still listed as a delivery option. This feels very dishonest to advertise if the store is unable to fulfill the delivery. The person I spoke to was extremely abrupt and completely unhelpful. I canceled my ordered, promptly reordered the same washer online from Costco and had excellent customer service.

In-stock items are identified by a blue "In stock (Same/Next day delivery)*" tag.
After an order is placed, you are prompted to select a preferred procurement date.
While selecting a date for backordered appliances does not guarantee delivery, we strive to provide the most accurate estimated dates possible.
Regarding your LG Washer, the mid-March date was set as an estimated procurement window, not a confirmed delivery date.
Currently, this appliance is in stock at our Ottawa and Ontario retail locations.
