Do not buy a mattress from this company
Bought a mattress a couple of years ago. Woke up with a razor-sharp spring sticking through the mattress surface. I provided details to Carpetright Caerphilly who told me that because I only rotated the mattress every other month I had breached the terms and conditions and was not eligible for a replacement. They suggested the mattress needs to be rotated monthly. This is despite their website recommending good mattress care requires the mattress being turned every 3 months. A very poor show. Avoid
