Even when there was an issue with stock levels, Calum kept the communication going and offered various solutions, along with a better finance deal compared to what he had previously put forward, thus providing us with an overall saving. First point of contact was Richard, I told him my requirements and found the car and colour i was wanting to lease, after that everything went very smoothly, the admin team were in constant contact throughout the process, my car was delivered on time and received a courtesy call from Richard to make sure i was happy with everything. Would use again for sure.
