I got in touch with Carwow Leasey after my usual lease company became complacent & stopped responding to my communications. I have to say I’m so glad I did. Matt handled all my queries with speed & professionalism from minute one. Every question I asked was answered promptly & I got a great price on my new Renault Symbioz. I felt fully informed through the whole process from first inquiry to the delivery of my car 2 weeks ago. I would highly recommend Carwow Leasey to anyone & have already mentioned to others. I look forward to the next 3 years with my new car & will be coming back to Carwow when ready for my next deal. Excellent service & definitely 5 star !!!

I got a good deal on my new personal lease car, but communication could have been better. I had to chase my initial enquiry, and questions I had were not always answered clearly. Once your order is placed you do not have a designated person to assist you through the process.

From my initially enquiry Richard Perkin looked after me fantastically, he was able to source me the vehicle I was after within a couple of hours where all other brokers were quoting me a 6 month lead. He helped me through each stage of the process by answering all the questions I had, he was also able to liaise with the supplier so that I could collect the vehicle so that I did not need to wait for delivery. Follow up service has been great too

Vehicle was delayed twice from original dates but Jamie kept me updated on progress and when i explained i needed the vehicle by a certain date this was actioned

My first lease car so wasn't sure what to expect. The process was simple from start to finish. Hardest part was the wait for my new car. I was updated with an estimated delivery date every 2 weeks. Ralph Burbeck was my consultant and was easy to deal with and responded quickly. For someone that changes cars every 3 years I have to say this option was so much cheaper than PCP (and I have a brand new car). 5 stars from me.
