CASHe Loan App Harassment – Calling My Contacts and Public Shaming
I am extremely disappointed with the recovery practices of the CASHe loan app. I took a loan and have already paid the majority of the amount. Due to genuine health and financial issues, a few EMIs are pending, and I have been communicating with them honestly about my situation.
Instead of understanding or offering a reasonable settlement, their recovery agents have started harassing me by continuously calling from multiple numbers, sending WhatsApp messages, and using abusive language.
What is even more unacceptable is that they are calling my personal and professional contacts without my permission, sharing my details, and creating unnecessary embarrassment and public shaming. Some colleagues from my workplace who have no connection with my loan are also being harassed.
This kind of recovery behavior is unethical, unprofessional, and mentally disturbing. Financial difficulties can happen to anyone, but harassment and public humiliation are not the solution.
I hope the company reviews its recovery practices and treats customers with basic respect and dignity.
