AVOID!. Bought a freezer room from this company, freezer showed a fault after a couple of months of use. Took months to resolve and now im facing another fault and they dont even reply. Im taking them to small claims court because they havent even returned the deposit from the first repair that was proven it came under warranty. Again, AVOID!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order with this company here in the UK, but they never delivered the item. Later, I found out they do not even have the product in stock.

To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. I have requested a refund multiple times, but they refuse to return my money and keep ignoring my emails.

This company is completely untrustworthy. Save your time and money, and buy somewhere else. Avoid them at all costs!

The whole team were great. Rebecca & Ali to name a couple of members who did a great job with my cold room installation. Highly recommend this company.
