I have lost £3100 with this company! I’m devastated as I am now being asked to pay for the items again. I thought the company was bankrupt due to their shady behaviour after asking for my goods following payment. It does not appear I’m the only one who has suffered in their hands. I see they are leaving fake reviews following some one’s cry. How I wish I went with a reputable supplier. The company deliberately held onto my order for long enough to use their T&C to state I have lost my goods due to not taking the delivery on time. My son and I were planning to open our Bistro next week, now I am short of a few thousand pounds due to not getting the equipment I have ordered from Caterserve.

Purchased a variety of equipment, cold room, fryer, ban Marie and proving trays. All arrived within 3 days together. Kept up to date with delivery time. Can’t fault thanks again will be ordering again in future

Ordered item. Came wrong (& like it had been packaged in the dark). Told replacement on backorder and would be 2-3 weeks. Emailed when we hadn’t heard anything from them, but no reply. 2 months later we called and only to be told it was in stock (yet they hadn’t bothered to contact us). However, they wouldn’t send it out until the original item had been sent back. DPD wouldn’t collect it as it was so badly packaged (even though that’s how it was sent by CATERSERVEUK). Took another month before we received the correct item (again in an open package).

Im not going to lie, I made the mistake of reading the reviews after ordering, and I thought I'd been scammed! However I'm glad I didn't read them before as it would have made me buy from elsewhere.
I cannot fault the company the delivery was very fast, I was kept up to date with the delivery tracking, the trays themselves are brilliant quality and plenty big enough for my pizzas dough needs. The price was cheaper than Amazon too.

Caterserve uk, Jan supplies limited, pavilion trade LTD are all the same company, all acting as one to scam the general public out of hundreds of thousands of pounds and have ongoing investigations via the metropolitan police. Richard Smith controlling all companies. Avoid!!! This individual will take your money and disappear.

So Where do I start. This company must be the biggest scam in the whole world. I ordered good worth €300 and got half my order. 2 items broken in the box but doesn’t bother me and they were plastic 4 items were wrong (sizes). Other items missing.
Don’t ever buy from this company I can show you all my emails, phone log trying to call them with not answers back I’ve been trying to get into contact with them since start of December when I placed the order and still getting nowhere, they owe me money or my missing items and won’t contact me so i will have to come up with another plan now. Your better off buying products from a local website or wholesalers and I have learnt my leasing also delivery charge was €60 and then I had to pay custom fees on top of that which is normally covered by all other company’s in their delivery cost please Avoid avoid avoid biggest scam ever and I have no problem showing people.
