It takes about 4-6 weeks to get your order, (it sat for a couple weeks in an Alabama post office) but wait aside, I'm so happy. I have a huge amount of hair; her lined, oversized bonnets are perfect.... Mehr ansehen

I’ve placed and received several orders in the past. Love the bonnets. Love supporting other women. Placed an order 5-9-26. Nothing since then. Tried Facebook messenger. Tried IG messenger. Tried email. Tried the chat feature on her site. No luck there either. I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company. I highly suggest if you’re looking to purchase, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! At this point she seems to have gained consumers trust to only turn around and steal peoples hard earned money. Not a good look for a woman. Sad and pathetic she needs stolen money to pay her bills.

If I could give a zero stars I would

If I could give a zero stars I would! Ordered 2 bonnets one tie and one elastic band. I waited 17 days after ordering before I got any kind of shipping info or update on my order. Of course that was after I tried to cancel my order due to no updates and was sure I was scammed! I got a response about 2 minutes before I got the tracking number for my order that honestly sounded pretty snotty stating ai needed to give them 2 weeks for picking and packaging and shipping. Fast forward 2-3 days and my package arrive but only one bonnet received. There was no invoice inside there was no note no anything to tell me why I didn't receive the second bonnet. Now at this point I need to tell you that the email the Facebook the text message every way to contact seller is no longer active I tried to contact through the email listed on the shop site through Facebook through email that was listed even text message because there was a phone number listed got nothing everything bounced back. So at this point there's no way to contact the seller until I finally see at the very very bottom in very very small print on the email verification that my order shipped there is a updated email. Not to say that they ever respond it takes days for them to respond. But I responded and told them I was missing about it was I going to be credited were they going to send it to me did it just get missed in the order what was going on with my order and 3 days went by and I got a notification that said you have been refunded it's no longer available well if they knew it wasn't available when they picked the order why didn't they just put a note inside that says we're going to refund you or whatever my only assumption is that they were trying to sneakily not give a refund. If they had messaged me and asked me if another bonnet would would work because that one was out of stock or whatever I would have said fine. I wasn't real particular on the style I wanted to try one of the elastic bands and I wanted to try a tie band so I didn't really care about the pattern didn't matter to me. But they didn't bother to respond to anything now the bonnet is a good quality bonnet it does what it says it's going to do it's big enough to fit my hair in it's comfortable enough to sleep in it's not overly hot I haven't seen a real difference with frizziness in my hair but that's neither here nor there. But in this day and age where everything is so immediate and businesses want your business it should not take two weeks unless they are hand making your product for you. I ordered something on another site I ordered on Friday it shipped out this morning. And there was notification right away if there's an issue with an order normally I get confirmation right away from any order and I order a lot online. This company has no communication no updated information on their website or on their shop page on their Facebook on their Twitter on their Instagram every available shopping platform that you can order from them nothing is updated. This was the worst experience of a product received, and the only online shopping experience that was worse than this, was when I actually got scammed during covid for some masks and I was out like 70 bucks. Don't waste your time on this company if they don't value their customers enough to communicate with them or to do their orders in a timely manner and communicate any issues that they have they're not worth your time. Get your bonnets from Amazon at least you have a guaranteed money back refund policy. And that was the other thing about this company there is no refund policy they will not give a refund they say all sales are final. Don't waste your time

For starters they sent the wrong color bonnet. But whatever. Then we tried them out. My daughter's came off several times after falling asleep. I woke up with my bonnet over my face during the night. Then completely off in the morning. Couldn't even survive a night. These are absolute garbage.

Don't bother

Don't bother. I really wanted to support a small business and I was patient, patient, patient, understanding that she was likely overwhelmed with orders (who would've guessed that'd happen when you advertise, though?).
I placed an order for two bonnets on April 15th (one for$22 and one for $18). On May 12--after a month of the post office awaiting the package according to the promptly generated tracking number--I was notified that I got a partial refund of $15.75 for one of them out of stock. I have five different screenshots of receipts between her website, Shopify, and my email and I still don't understand how $15.75 is logical for an $18 refund, even with a "2 for $30" discount (I didn't get 2 for $30 to begin with??), plus $8 shipping.
Whatever. I finally receive my half order on May 19th, and the bonnet is so large I don't know a single woman or man with a head this big. Not just where the hair goes --I mean the actual headband part. It's like trying to put a trash bag over my head and tying it to make it work (obviously, it doesn't). So I'm out $27.25 with a bonnet that will go directly into the donate box if I'm feeling generous, or more likely the trash can because I'm pissed since "all sales are final" and it's been an annoying saga that I feel like I've had to babysit every step of the way. I have to say getting a bonnet with unicorns the size of a 4 gallon trash bag was not on my bingo card after patiently waiting with grace and without complaint, but at this point I'm over it. This is the reason small businesses on Instagram, Etsy, or wherever get a bad wrap.

I ordered 2 bonnets

I ordered 2 bonnets. After almost a month and after I emailed the company to ask, I finally received a shipping confirmation email. The shop app that they told me to track my package on only ever said that the package had been delivered at 2:00 p.m. every single day that I checked it, it told me that the package had been delivered that day at 2:00 p.m. So I decided to wait it out. I finally received a package, the email that followed said that both bonnets would be in it. Only one was inside. I emailed the same email address that had worked previously and heard nothing. Then I tried another email address attached to the company and heard nothing. It's been over a week now. So I guess I bought one bonnet at the price of two. It is nice quality and just what it looked like. But I will never use this company again. I don't think I'm ever going to get the second bonnet. I'm quite frustrated about that.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

I ordered the "Golden Girl" bonnet. Weeks went by and I hadn't received an email from them regarding the purchase. The phone number on their website rang until an automated voicemail came on but I couldn't leave a message. Tried to email them, but I would instantly receive an email that my email to them was undeliverable. About 3 MONTHS after I placed the order, I received a package from them. It contained 2 random bonnets (1 tie-dye & 1 Hello Kitty). I am a 48 year old woman and NOT interested in neither tie-dye nor Hello Kitty. But I'm assuming that they didn't have the bonnet I ordered, so they took it upon themselves to send me 2 bonnets of THEIR choice in it's place. They never contacted me about it at all. Because I would have much rather a refund instead of bonnets I am NEVER going to wear. But they don't do refunds or returns. So basically they take your money and you get whatever they want to send you and there's nothing you can do about it. I'm currently trying to sell them so I can somehow get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "BUSINESS"!! IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!

Purchased a bonnet

Purchased a bonnet, 3 months later they refunded the bonnet purchase price but not the $8 for shipping and they NEVER shipped it, the USPS NEVER received it! So they stole my shipping money for absolutely nothing in return!! Then, when I tried multiple times to reach out to them, they ghosted me. Shady business, thieving, shady business!

Ordered and never received

Ordered almost a month ago and never received anything or even an email with updates after it said it was shipped. It never went past the label created part. Had to do a dispute with the bank and they got my money back immediately. Such a scammy company! If she takes 4-6 weeks to ship she should state that before hand and not get pissed and block people when they ask for updates on their orders! With the amount of time I waited I could have ordered from another company that doesn't screw people out of their money and actually ships their product!

Bare minimum communication

I just got my order today on may 16 I am a little disappointed in the time it took without any real communication. Was surprised to get 2 of the same bonnet. Honestly a bit better communication would be better.

Never Again

First i got charged for free shipping tried contacting many times with no response then i waited nearly a month for them to even make my shipping label on top of all that i didnt receive the 2 i wanted most that i ordered for my daughters for their birthdays they took so long to come their birthdays had passed and then they didnt even show as much as i love the bonnets its not worth the mess. I spent $140 just to get messed around .

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered over a month ago. Asked about shipping time frame and was told it they would be getting back to me with that from their customer service. They never did. I received a tracking number for USPS that said a shipping label was created, but nothing was actually ever shipped. I reached out via the email address on their website and it came back undeliverable and said their mailbox was no longer available. I opened a dispute with shop pay but because I was patient and waited longer than 30 days to see if it would arrive, it seems nothing can be done. Extremely disappointed and angry.

Be patient

It takes about 4-6 weeks to get your order, (it sat for a couple weeks in an Alabama post office) but wait aside, I'm so happy. I have a huge amount of hair; her lined, oversized bonnets are perfect. No more arguing with getting my hair into the bonnet, just a comfortable fit with lots of room. The tie fabric is so soft. It stayed on all night, didn't make my menopausal self any hotter and the patterns she has are cute. If you can be patient, I bet you'll love this product

Worst experience with an online business EVER

This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Literally my first ever bank card dispute with a business and I'm 45 yrs old. CCminkhair is the reason people read reviews first and stick with seller platforms like Ebay & Etsy. I regret ordering. It's been nothing but stress for me and I can't wait til it's over.
I ordered Apr 1 & sent her a chat message asking why the free shipping wasn't honored. I never got an email confirmation & I never got a response to my question. I emailed her on Apr 7 asking when my bonnets would ship. I started worrying I was getting scammed & checked the internet. I found Reddit threads & a FB page of people having horrible experiences. I called my bank on Apr 14 & they opened a dispute. On Apr 15, USPS emailed me that I had a tracking number but no package. So I sent ccmink a chat on the website asking to cancel the order. She sent back "all sale final" & never responded to me again. She finally dropped my package off at USPS on Apr 24, NINE days after I asked to cancel. This is the best part. THREE of the four bonnets I paid for were INCORRECT. They were also huge & looked like dollar store specials. I sent her another message demanding a refund because of the huge errors. She wrote back that what I ordered was in high demand & that she sent replacements instead. UNBELIEVABLE. I ordered a bonnet CALLED blue valentine that's described TWICE as BLUE and got pink with red hearts. I ordered a bonnet CALLED Lavender and received dark purple. I ordered pink unicorn and got dark blue unicorn. So she refused to cancel my order knowing she didn't even have what I ordered in stock and even now she's refusing to refund my money. I now have to wait for my bank to refund me. Avoid this business. The "love and unity" message only exists in her videos and not when you're actually doing business with her.

This was a truly dissapointing…

This was a truly dissapointing experience. I ordered 2 bonnets and got one. And it wasn't even one of the ones I ordered. I would like to think it was a mistake but I've seen other people write about the same exact experience. I prefer to buy from small women owned businesses and I usually have a great experience. This is just another reminder not to trust anything advertised on Facebook. I'll just stick with Etsy.

It took a month to get 1 wrong order.

BUYER BEWARE

Ordered in March (i believe it was around the 21st, would have to check my venmo) didn't hear anything by April 1st. Sent an email inquiring about my order for 2 bonnets, never heard back but shipping label was created. Waited another week and half, hadn't shipped. Sent ANOTHER email with no response, still no bonnets or shipping updates. Decided to dispute the charge with venmo and with in a few days got a notice that my order had shipped. It arrived, however it is only ONE of the bonnets. I had ordered a unicorn print one and a hot wheels, only the unicorn came. Sent another email and am going to contact venmo as at this point, I'm irritated and just want my $43 dollars back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER ITS JUST A MONEY GRAB.

Terrible idea to do business with this company/lady!!!

This company scams. The lady who claims unity and Godliness, takes advantage of others. Her product is not good, it smells bad when delivered, and that's even IF it's actually delivered. Many people have filed complaints with the Attorney General in her state, others have had to dispute their orders with their bank. She doesn't answer anyone reaching out with questions about their order and many of the email addresses as well as the phone number given to reach her, are no longer in service! A lot of her "good" reviews come from people who haven't even dealt with her on the business side. 10/10 will NEVER order from this lady ever again!!! Stop making money claiming to be Godly when all you do is rob people and lie!!!!

SCAM ALERT!
Update: I tried the chat feature on the website and asked for my order to be shipped. Two days later I was sent an alert that I was getting a partial refund. They still kept $8.00 for shipping for an item that was never shipped.

I have been following CC Mink for several years. I finally decided to try a bonnet so I bought one. That was March 24th. It is now April 27th and I still have not received my order. It has not even shipped. I am reading reviews and realizing this is a scam. Shame on me for falling for it. Do not trust this seller.

have been waiting for over a month for…

have been waiting for over a month for order to ship after trying nicely to work with owner I asked to just cancel my order that had not shipped and refund my $54. She refunded $8 and said that one item was in high demand and asked to sub it for another. But the item was still being sold on her terrible website. I said no just cancel the order and return my money. No response. Reported to BBB and Atty General in Alabama after being blocked on all social media for sharing my experience on her pages. These aren't even hand made. They are probable bought in bulk on Alibaba or something, I appreciate her message, but we've all been duped.

A month out and still didn’t get my…

A month out and still didn’t get my products that I paid for. Multiple emails with no answer, fb messenger with no answer. I had to escalate with PayPal to get my money back. It’s too bad, I love supporting entrepreneurs but her customer service was zero for me.

SCAM

I placed an order on March 14th. I had a order number and tracking number provided fairly quickly. Tracking number says lable created on April 24th! I emailed the seller and was told it take 10-14 days to ship it's now April 20th
.I had one email replied to just the initial and now they are going unanswered and with a all sales final sales policy I'm just assuming I'll never get the two bonnets I paid almost $50 for..last email I sent was returned saying it wasn't even an email anymore..
