The conveyancing on our house sale was handled with the upmost professionalism and speed, by the team (Jessica and Raabia).

Communication was excellent and we were kept informed at every stage and received help when required, to decipher some confusing legal terms.

The team were also really proactive at chasing the buyers solicitors, and I'm sure Jessica and Raabia were instrumental at pushing the sale through in a more prompt time frame than perhaps the buyers solicitors are accustomed to.

We used Chadwick for our transfer of equity and found Alisha polite, professional and responded promptly to all our queries. We were referred to Chadwick Lawrence via Sam who provided a very detailed account of what to expect with a transfer of equity along with timelines and very useful tips on where delays could be caused with providing incorrect or limited information for example. Taking time to read through all the instructions and pricing cuts the worry and stress as you understand the process and expectations of the transfer. Timelines can add to stress and anxiety if they are unrealistic so big tip is to be realistic about your timelines , ensure your conveyancer is aware and if your timelines change unexpectedly like ours did , again to have open communication as to what is reasonable to make the process as smooth as possible. Pricing was competitive and opaque and we were happy that the process was completed within our timeframe. I would not hesitate to recommend Chadwick Lawrence and SAM .

The 2 reasons we didn't award 5 ☆ was due to the initial start in the beginning when a file should have been opened with the conveyancing team and wasn't which caused a small delay in getting the process started to sell our property. Also, the app which provides you with a step by step guide to what you need to do and all the information you need to provide didn't work with 3 executors. We were all able to complete all stages but it would not allow/accept the 3rd siganture for some reason. So eventually, we had to print a paper copy of the relevant documents and run around the 3 of us to sign them and hand deliver the documents back to the office. Having said that, Lydia was keen to contact the buyers solicitor when they had provided incorrect documents. She constantly chased up anything that needed a reply or was delayed. She kept us informed of what was happening at all staged. Very happy with everything once the initial problems had been resolved. Thank you

I would never work with anyone else ! they are great at what they do - they put me at ease get the work done at their soonest convenience which is great compared to other solicitors. I have had some solicitors elsewhere, that do not pick up the phone for days or don't even respond to a simple email!
