Childs Farm claims to be good for sensitive skin and eczema prone toddlers, which is why I tried it out. Big mistake - toddler broke out in spots and eczema was worse. Wouldn’t recommend

I have been using Childs Farm tea tree and grapefruit hair detangler for the best part of 10 years. I tried the new ones and my childs head is full of eczema/dandruff and keeps getting worse. This has never been a problem before. I have now sourced some as I cannot get it in the store and I've had to order 27 bottles of it, to make sure I have some to last a good while, and try and sort my childs scalp out. Whatever you have changed or doing differently, is definitely not working for our childrens skin. This is the reason we used Childs Farm in the first place, due to skin issues that Childs Farm used to help. Stop doing whatever it is you have started and go back to how things used to be. You will get no where once your customers realise, it is no longer good for our children. You WILL lose sales, now that you've changed things. I will not longer buy Childs Farm when these bottles are used up, as trust in the company is not what it once was.

No longer the original products, the founder has sold out to Cuzzons and the products contain allergens that they are legally able to use because they declare them and state they’re in safe amounts. Well, our children’s skin tells the truth - Avoid at all costs.

I have been using most of the Child’s Farm range since it first launched and the new ‘improved’ range is totally different. The shampoo doesn’t foam or rinse out well and leaves all four of my children’s hair lank and dull. My youngest son’s eczema has also flared up and I am sure it’s due to the changed ingredients. The fragrances are sickly and not at all comparable to the originals. Unfortunately after trying several different shampoos and body washes we have changed to a different brand.

I have been using the child's farm range (shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser) on myself and my whole family for probably close to 8 years. The recent ingredients changes have not been for the better, the previously natural nice scents are now sickly and chemically smelling. The previous range was perfect for our eczema and sensitive skin. This range has caused dermatitis flare up and eczema patches to return. It's a shame they sold out to a big company who is clearly putting profits ahead of maintaining a decent product that was well loved.

I religiously bought the fragrance free moisturiser for many years now. Which was so good. It’s frustrating that the new formula is being passed off as “new and improved”. When reality is it’s now much more watery/less thick, and doesn’t moisture very well any more. So I’ll have to look for another now unfortunately.
I just wish companies would be honest if they need to make cut backs or change the formula for a similar reason instead of trying to say it’s improved. It’s not got soya oil in it also.
Given some stars because it’s still all natural and good credentials. Like their ethos.

I have never been so in love with a children’s shampoo before. I have started using it myself. It has the most incredible smell that reminds me of my own childhood. I didn’t know anything about this brand. I discovered it when I took my daughter swimming and at reception the lady told me to try the sample. I have never looked back. Fantastic product. Love love love.

Great product but changing the pump dispenser to a tube had removed the ease of use and becomes clogging and not able to use as easily

Absolutely great products delivery on the other hand not so good 1 whole week and order is still sat with childs farm no dispatch email until I emailed them then no tracking information since 11/3 maybe just buy from amazon next time at least will come next day over a £100 order aswell I know its free delivery over £25 but come on

I’m so happy I’ve finally found something that works for my little boy.

I have a two year old that suffers with eczema and after countless trips to the doctors with prescriptions that never work I decided to give oatderma moisturiser and bubble bath a try and I can’t believe it cleared in 2 days. What amazing products and I’ll never use anything else again now for my children, absolutely fantastic.

Lovely products. First time trying them out and loved the smell of the body wash I got. Will be getting more of these.

I purchased originally for my little grandchildren. The products are excellent. The hair products are especially good. Since using for grandchildren I purchased hair products for myself. I have to say no itching and leaves hair very soft and shiny. Detangling my har and my grandchildren hair is so much easier less hair pulling resulting in less loss of hair and less breakage. From my personal experience I would highly recommend.

My son has always had fare ups of eczema from time to time and I always buy childs farm products. It's the only product that actually works. I can see a difference in a few days. I don't mind spending the money on something that really works

I am indeed happy that I chose child farm for my daughter. I have been using this product for her since she was born till date and I have no regrets. I will always recommend child farm anytime and any day!

Amazing products that don't irritate my eczema-prone skin. I've tried all the brands for sensitive skin out there, and some of the market-leaders' products would still cause me to break out in eczema.

I was initially put off using child's farm products because they are marketed at children, but they actually smell amazing and leave my hair silky, and are not too expensive either!

I won't be returning to my clinical-smelling, expensive shampoos and conditioners for eczema-prone skin any time soon!

Absolutely wonderful products. They have really helped keep my little boys skin free of any eczema redness or dryness, they smell beautiful and the customer service i receive is always above and beyond. The beautiful products are always well packaged. I most highly recommend these lovely products and am truly grateful to have found child's farm. Thank you so much for everything you are doing.

After struggling for a long time with eczema around my eyes/eyelids and steroid creams not being a permanent solution for every day, I was desperate to find something that did not sting on application and cause swelling like so many other products that are made specifically for this condition.
I emailed 10pm one evening enquiring if this would be suitable around the eyes and a had a very helpful and detailed reply from Susan Anderson the very next day of which I was delighted at the promptness and enthusiasm of their product.
I have only been using this for a few days but so far I have had no stinging, redness, swelling or itching! I am absolutely amazed by it and am hoping to continue using it and explore more of their range.
