Arrived today our new dining table and chairs very pleased with them well made and look good chairs very comfortable.
Would buy from you again your customer support was excellent when I spoke to them.

Delivery was excellent and lead time good. However, the paint finish on the legs of the table is wearing away already, only a few months in, leaving white patches. The top of the table is excellent quality.

Ordered a sideboard as it was the only one I could find which fitted into a shallow area. It looks good but when it arrived the doors were shoddily made and would not close! Plus there was a huge chunk of wood missing from one of the shelves. I accepted a discount from the company to avoid the hassle of repacking and having the enormous boxes hanging around while I waited for pick up which would have taken more than a week. Considering this is a supposedly quality item with solid oak etc., and is priced accordingly, the quality is inferior. Even after the discount it's a high price for the quality. However the customer service was good and they did not quibble about the refund / discount which was processed quickly. I got a handyman to fix the doors, so overall I am pretty happy but it's not the quality I was hoping for, not worth the price.

We ordered the Chester White Painted Oak Corner TV Unit, the delivery was great very informed by emails
All boxed up and well packed suburb
The quality is really great we wanted a bigger gap to fit the amplifier in etc
Some other company’s the gap very small, but this tv unit fits perfect 👍
It looks like two draws but it’s one big one it’s great

Ordered a fab looking larder but unfortunately one of the doors would not close.
Contacted customer service who said they would send some replacement parts so we could fix the problem ourselves (!!)
We said no to this but accepted offer of service engineer calling. Two weeks later two delivery guys arrived to ‘have a go’ at fixing. When questioned they said they were not trained to fix things and actually made the door worse.
Asked customer service for collection and refund.Ten days later, still waiting.
Another email to customer service before a collection date was advised.
Will never use again which is a shame as overall, the larder was lovely.

Ordered round oak table & 4 chairs. Very impressed with quality & comfort of chairs. Customer Sales person was pleasant & helpful, so I decided to replace my 6 dining chairs on second visit having seen the quality & tried the first order at home. On further visit to website. I was surprised to their many ranges. All done online & telephone so easy.

Terrible company that I would not order anything from in the future.
Disrespectful customer service, additional fees and unclear and misleading product adverts that cause confusion.

Ordered furniture because they promised 3 day delivery never turned up rang customer services who were no help at all so cancelled and went elsewhere .

Great quality, securely packaged furniture delivered with astonishing speed and efficiency to the Scottish Highlands! (Ordered Wednesday afternoon at 4.30pm delivered the following Monday at 11.45am!) and all at a competitive price with free delivery.

From start to finish this company were excellent, quick delivrey, no hassle and excellent range of products, no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Very pleased with bed. Arrived on agreed time and date. The bed was reasonable easy to put together and very comfortable.

Disappointed with the quality of this item of furniture. Described as solid oak, it is very light in weight and the backing is very flimsy and after two months unattached itself.The drawers don’t appear to be on runners. The handles make it look like a filing cabinet rather than item of bedroom furniture. Costly mistake. I’ll view in store before making a purchase without seeing the item first.

I bought table and 2 chairs some time ago. I then now decide to try and get 2 more chairs the same. I was so surprised that you had the same chairs still in stock at a sale price too. The chairs arrived within a week . This was really good service. I love the new look shop and the furniture is so lovely. I will definately be back for more thank you C

We placed the order in the showroom and paid cash(1450) and we were reasured that all items are in stock and the delivery is going to be 5-10 working days.We were told that we are going to be contacted before to arrange the time and date that suits us for the delivery.
I've waited 9 working days and no comunication from them so I've made an enquiry to see what is happening.
To my surprise I was told that one of the item is located to another warehouse and is waiting to be transfered but they don't know when is happening ( lies of course).
I've asked how is possible as I've paid for the items 2 weeks ago and all items were in stock ready to be delivered and I've got more lies.
Another week has passed and I rung them again to be told the same, which made me realise that the items weren't in stock and probably were manufactured during this time.
No phonecall received to settle a date and time for the delivery just a text with date and slot when is going to be delivered.If the slot wasn't good for you , you were waiting another week to have them delivered.
I was forced to take a day off in the last minute to receive the items.
After they take your money they don't care. Zero comunication and a lot of lies.Quality price not there.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM SPEND YOUR WELL EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
