Replacement toilet seat
All went smoothly from placing the order through to delivery in the timescale advised. The reason for only giving 4 stars was due to the plastic sheet covering the seat already being torn on opening the package due to the siting of the fittings packet. Great communication from customer services though.

I had problems identifying a toilet…
I had problems identifying a toilet seat. Originally supplied by. Porcelanosa they ordered one from Spain took many months to get here. On arrival was the wrong seat. And I have problems trying to get a refund from their order which was incorrect and their identification from my original order.
I spoke to Alex after sending dimensions and identifying photographs on WhatsApp. Had a very fast response seat identified and confirmed. They had it in stock and ordered within the hour. A great service good company would recommend anyone.
