Fabulous service
Fabulous service! I emailed 4 photos of my toilet seat, as wasn’t sure exactly which particular one I needed to replace my existing one. (Old one has a crack in it.) Dave emailed me back within the hour, and sent me at least 6 options that would fit my toilet. I have now ordered and am now awaiting my new toilet seat.
Couldn’t be happier with the service, and would not hesitate to recommend. ☺️

Quick and easy experience
Simple to navigate website.Good communication. Speedy delivery.
I wasn’t keen on the fact that it was sent in its original packaging only, making it clear I’d bought a toilet seat. I’m probably being over fussy about it but I didn’t like it.

This company is amazing!
This company is amazing! I have been struggling for weeks before I discovered them - to work out which toilet seats I needed to replace 2 in my household. (I remember when a toilet seat was just that and they were interchangeable! Not any more - the toilets seem to be made, in my opinion, so you can't find the one you need and have to buy a new pan!)
Worry no more however! On the website they have a seat checker to help you to identify exactly which seat you need and my two came speedily, superbly packed with bubblewrap. Top marks and many thanks!
