My experience with City Accommodations has been very positive. The staff were supportive, professional, and made everything feel secure. Time management during viewing was impressive, and the whole process was smooth and well organised.

Very good experience especially with agent Alamin who was really patient, concise and honest with the process. It’s definitely the smoothest experience I’ve had when moving to a new place. TOP!

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

This company is a complete scam. The room was dirty when I first arrived, and to make things worse, they gave me the wrong key, so I had to waste time and money traveling all the way to central London just to get the correct one.

They also try to scam you by charging for things that were already broken and reported upon arrival. On top of that, they even charge you for “maintenance” that they never actually do. It’s unbelievable.

The cancellation fees for the contract are outrageously high, clearly designed to trap tenants and squeeze more money out of them.

Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and not worth the stress. Stay away from this company.

Alamin was very helpful and accommodating, and the admin team were speedy and helpful.

David was amazing throughout the house hunting process. I was stressed about a lot of different things but he was super helpful and answered and helped with everything as much as possible.

David Olmos was amazing. Genuinely very very good. Very punctual, always on time, straight to the point, gives all the info needed, polite and also sped up the process on the admin side. Organised a flat for me literally in 2 days. I don’t usually get in with agents but this experience makes me reconsider. Amazing job from David!!
