Following receipt of your notification your delivery had not arrived on 6th October, we responded within 30 minutes advising we had contacted Evri to query the whereabouts of your delivery.
After allowing Evri 48 hours to investigate, we contacted you on the morning of 8th October to apologise that Evri had seemingly lost the consignment, & that we would have your order resent with DHL.
The replacement order was dispatched the same day with DHL, however was delayed in transit. As per your request the consignment was recalled & your order refunded.
Whilst we apologise again for the delays your order suffered in transit, we must refute the allegation that we have not replied to you. If you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us, as per our previous email.

I tried to order a garden sprayer from…
I tried to order a garden sprayer from them in August but what transpired was an ordeal.
After ordering on 22/08, I then received an email from them on 26/08 saying they had received my refund request and would be issuing a refund shortly. I had not requested a refund so I emailed back. They said they had cancelled the order because PayPal had told them to but couldn't give me the refund as the transaction had been flagged.
I then contacted PayPal myself and they reassured me that everything was fine with the transaction and said the merchant needed to contact them.
Cleanstore were very unhelpful and offered me no reassurance or guidance on what to do. I eventually had to open a dispute with PayPal and I eventually got my money back.
I have never experienced this low a level of customer service before, it was surreal!

Your order was cancelled following PayPal emailing us & advising that the transaction had been flagged as possible fraud & was being reversed. We were subsequently prevented from refunding the transaction due to PayPal's ongoing investigation & it took 2 phone calls to PayPal support staff in order to have the transaction released & credited for you.
We apologise for the obvious inconvenience caused, however we simply acted on advice from the payment merchant & cannot explain why PayPal seem to have advised you differently as the buyer, to the messages / conversations we have had with them as the seller.

Just what I needed for an easier life!!!!
I began searching for a Karcher cordless vacuum cleaner and came across the model I was looking for at a good price at Cleanstore! The vacuum cleaner was delivered in good time and used it on the day of arrival. Great product and wished I had purchased one years ago as it makes cleaning your car much easier!

Invaluable customer service
I've recently found Cleanstore and used them to buy multiple tools and associated parts. I can't rate this company high enough
I can't rate this company highly enough, in particular a chap called Richard Kushner. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Richard took the time to explain everything I needed to know about power washers and provided excellent advice that made my decision much easier. His expertise and approachable manner gave me complete confidence, and I truly appreciate the guidance he offered. I would highly recommend Richard and Cleanstore to anyone looking for clear, reliable, and professional advice regarding power washers.

DO NOT USE
Horrible customer service. They keep hanging up the phone when you try and refund anything you can hear they putting the phone down. And then charge you to return a product that they took weeks to send out pay for faster delivery and it comes weeks later.

We do not charge for the return of unwanted products. As per the email sent to you we are happy to refund any mis-ordered or unwanted products, however they would need to be returned at your own cost in an unused and resalable condition, within 14 calendar days of receipt.
We apologise if you struggled to get hold of us by phone. Our phonelines are open 0900 - 1700, Monday to Friday (exc bank holidays) & our customer support team are happy to assist with all enquiries.

First class service from this company
First class service from this company, very competitive and delivered on time. We were kept up to date throughout the process.
We received a free gift with the Karcher we had ordered that unfortunately was damaged when we received it, so they replaced it immediately and it was received the next day (even though it was a gift and not part of the order) Would definitely recommend this company who gave excellent customer service. Well done.

Regular, good service.
I have used them a number of times for tile cleaning products.
Good website and delivery service. On one occasion the delivery company failed to deliver (EVRI), this problem was rapidly resolved by the company, none of the usual haggling and prevarication. Much prefer them to Amazon.
