I contacted cleanstore as I wanted to invest in a premium domestic power washer and they had the best prices. I was advised to choose a different model than I originally intended due to better warranty, and I ordered the Nilfisk Premium 200. It arrived the next day but the courier had handled the package badly meaning some parts had been damaged. Cleanstore offered to send out replacement parts the next day, and due to the weight of the machine, I was happy with that. It was only when I got to try the machine at the weekend did I realise how badly it had been damaged in transit. I contacted cleanstore customer services on the monday morning, received an apology within the hour and the machine was collected the next day. My replacement was.delivered the following Friday without question, and I am absolutely delighted with it. Thank you cleanstore team

I own my own cleaning company and often order from cleanstore, I find the products very competitively priced and delivery is usually very fast with DPD. Customer service have always been helpful if something has got damaged in transit or not turn up. Webpage is easy to navigate and plenty of choice. I would buy more from cleanstore if they sold oven mate, elbow grease products, pink stuff products and astonish products especially their mould and mildew remover as I find these the best for general cleaning ( I've tried them all)

Really good service and parcel arrived in good condition. Only reason for not fiving 5 stars is that the courier took four days to deliver it from their delivery depot - only after chasing with Cleanstore's helpful call-answerer was it delivered.

Rang with query whether AVA Facade Brush is suitable for patios and as I thought brush is too soft, and was suggested the Karcher PS30 would be ideal and fit the AVA pressure washer. Ordered and has already been despatched, Excellent customer service, will definitely buy from them again

Great company to deal with, this order was the third one over a year or so, service & efficiency excellent, best pricing online, definitely recommend.

We had delivery issues and they are hugley helpful and responded quickly and got it all sorted. However, the poduct was damaged, box was a mess, the product had scratches all over it. When i emailed them about it and sent them pictures, I had zero response to any emails. After posting the initial review, I was contacted quickly and it is now all sorted. Their reason for the lack of response is not receiving my emails with the assumption the file was too big. I didn't get any notification that the wasn't delivered so guess we will never know but either all sorted.

Received the wrong item, requested a return, got sent a free drop off no label needed barcode with dhl. Walked 2 miles to the drop off shop only to be told this barcode is FAKE, dhl no label drop off's are QR codes only. Complained to cleanstore, got FOBBED off loads. Raised a ticket with paypal. Paypal said send it back, I did and paypal refunded me.

No customer help at Cleanstore, they just want your money.

the product was exactly as expected, it was a Nilisk after all. Great cleaning power and the patio cleaner attachment was excellent

Ordered k7 Wednesday evening, got it delivered Friday morning. Even better than the 2 to 5 days promised. Kept me informed about the location of the order to the very last moment. Excellent service.
Edit: A few days later I discovered a genuine pricing issue, the young lady I spoke to tried to get hold of one of the senior managers to resolve the issue but no one was available. she told me she would email me once she got hold of someone. I guessed l would probably receive a reply in a few days time, or my query to be forgotten.Half an hour later( or was it 20 minutes ) I received an email and confirmation of an immediate refund .
I think this company understands what customer service is all about. Thank you to the whole team.

Initial pressure washer was delivered in timescale promised on their website. Unfortunately the machine was faulty but Cleanstore arranged for this to be collected from me in very good time without any quibbles & a replacement was delivered to me promptly. Friendly & efficient dealings with customer services throughout. I would have no hesitation in using Cleanstore again.

I have used Cleanstore several times before and I keep coming back because they have good prices and excellent customer services. This time was no different. My order was sent to the courier who confirmed they had received it but they just did not deliver it. I rang Cleanstore customer service who then sent out a replacement order which was delivered. No quibble just excellent customer service.

I rang to ask about a Karcher spare part. Excellent advice and service including where to get it as I am not close to their store. You don’t get service like that at many places

I placed an order yesterday after being let down by another company.

I input my email address incorrectly so I didn't get any confirmations etc. I phoned today to check on my order, Jodie located my order, checked on the tracking and gave me a delivery time, updated my email address, resent the invoice and tracking details etc without being prompted/asked to do so.

Overall super easy and delivered as promised on a next working day delivery.

I placed an order via thier website. No delivery information was detailed in the cart so I continued the checkout hoping to find it and after going to the payment section it stated it would go to a review order but didn't, the checkout just went to a "Thanks for you order page". so I contacted them they said that their order checkout was not giving any delivery info and referring to a review order page that did not exist. After speaking with them I was shocked to their answer, they did not want to deal with this at all and after asking to speak to manager the same reply was given. No matter who I spoke to they kept saying there was nothing wrong, even after I sent screenshots of the entire checkout process. (They said I would get a refund if I send these screenshots showing a error in their checkout) but this was just a gimmick as they offered no solution but just argumentative messages. This is not the customer service you would expect and they refused to give their name.

If a customer buys something from a store and notices an error in the checkout process, you would think the store would be happy to have the feedback to help improve itself. This was not the case and I continued to have very appalling agumentative emails from this shop until my order was cancelled.

Bottom line is this company is was fraudulent and I would stay away. If I could give less than one star I would. An absolute appalling experience I hope never to have again!

I found the sales staff and the organisation as a whole very helpful indeed. They answered my email questions about their products very quickly and honestly. I have bought from them a few times and I'd certainly recommend buying from them.
