First class service from initial bathroom design to installation. Customer service team always check in to see if happy with progress. Robbie and Stevie installed our bathroom in 2 and a half days working like machines. Polite and well mannered lads who were respectful in our property, tidied up after each day. Cannot recommend this Company highly enough.

Had Kitchen and bathroom fitted by Clearwater. Jason done fantastic job on my kitchen. I am delighted with it.
Gabor fitted my bathroom and he also done a great job. Both Kelly and Caitlin in the office were very helpful too. Thanks to all the staff.

Everything was done to perfection they kept me informed of all along the way. There was only 1 mis hap the plumber was supposed to come WED the 17/04/24 at night but didn't arrive till the morning, I was left with no water or cooker but it was sorted first thing the next morning

Overall happy customer and would most definitely recommend was quick process with planning and completing making everything easy and plain sailing.

I was so pleased with the service I received from this company. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect kitchen. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received and the excellent customer service from the installations department. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Have read the negative reviews and have to say none of them apply to our experience. Fitters Joey and Steven never stopped from when they came in to going home. Very pleasant guys. 4 days, old kitchen out, new one fitted.

We recently had a toilet installed by Clearwater Bathrooms, and I confirm that the installation was of a very high standard.

From start to finish Clearwater provided an excellent service and fitting, Bobby at sales discussed at length my requirements, Robert surveyed my bathroom and ensured all items ordered were required, Caitlin from admin was in touch to make sure all was well and the fitting team of Graham and Scott were first class. The products I had fitted were five star, porcelain tiles , stone shower bases , quality vanity units , taps , mixers etc.
Highly recommend this company.

All round the kitchen I got was well fitted and finished. Although it took two weeks to complete because there were parts missing. Tradesmen were a good bunch and got the work done to a very good standard.

The are a bunch of unreliable people. They treat customers badly and make threats when you attempt to complain. I paid almost £20,000 for a kitchen and patio doors. Kitchen is poor quality and the tap was fitted wrong way round and was leaking. When called to advise calls go straight to voicemail. Workmen just do their own thing, don't listen. My cutlery drawer doesn't fit, it's shoddy plastic, door under sink was just cupboard ripped no finish along edge. Was left with no access to garden after patio doors fitted and they had promised circular steps. They took the money on day 1 making threats after ripping my old kitchen out. If I didn't pay they walk away. With health problems and a young child I felt vulnerable and paid up. Lots of snagging still not done. No skip for uplift if old kitchen, expected us to take it to dump. Price quoted was for a skip which never arrived. Would recommend this company, arrogant bullies who over charge and treat customers like they know best for your home. Don't listen and paid for plasterwork around kitchen £800 walls were skimmed badly and excuses after excuses.

Not worth the money , overcharging and not supplying the goods , bathroom fitted very poor standard , salesman and quality control rude and unprofessional.
I would not recommend this company very deceiving and now we are stuck with a poorly fitted bathroom.

Firstly I would like to thank Kellie and Caitlin for putting up with my crabby husband you 2 must be saints. We had a bathroom and kitchen fitted by Clearwater and what can I say, absolutely excellent the worker on the bathroom Immi was first class and an excellent worker very polite attentive to our needs and very tidy,cleaned up after himself every night and at the finish our bathroom looks absolutely outstanding it was a bit of a upheaval for 2 pensioners but can't really expect anything less well worth the upheaval can't praise the finish and workmanship 10/10 Immi you are a star. Now our kitchen well once again what can I say our fitter was Joey and his colleague again what can I say once again very polite accommodating and very tidy and again the finish is outstanding totally love it would highly recommend Clearwater to do an outstanding job be it big or small. Thanks again to Kellie and Caitlin for keeping us in the loop and coming through with all that they promised us you also are stars. Thanks to you all. Ann and Davie Scott

I visited the new Hillingdon showroom today. Well worth a visit. The sales staff gave us great advice. Not at all pushy. We left with a business card and wasn’t pressured to give any of our details, more than I can say for the other showrooms we visited for idea.

We recently had both our Kitchen and Bathroom done by Clearwater. Kitchen completed end of June, and bathroom completed last week. Duncan and Allan were our Kitchen fitters and they did an amazing job. The finish is second to none! Craig and Lazslo did our bathroom and what a transformation. From an awful looking 80s avocado vibe to a beautiful light grey and white. Exceptional service from our initial call until completion, We can't thank Clearwater enough for turning our dreams into a reality. Thank you once again to all parties involved. Would highly recommend the company to friends and family

My kitchen was started in July 10th, there was issues with the plasterer at first, they refused to plaster the whole kitchen unless I paid more money, to long a story !! Then the two fitters didn't turn up because they 'forgot' it was a bank holiday so another day was arranged, again they didn't turn up, another long story !! My new ceiling was a shambles so the 'new' fitters had to do it again but I have been left with things not done properly and had yet another fitter out to have a look but that was around six weeks ago and have had no contact or any word of repairs, I would say that the units are good quality but there customer service is awful and once they have taken your money you are done with 🤷 I could go on and on about there lack of customer service but I don't have the time or the energy, are you ever going to get back to me to complete the job clear water ????

We used Clearwater KB to fit 2 bathroom and a kitchen. The whole process took some time, but we wanted to make sure that we would get what we expected.
We were shown a 3D computer generated image of our kitchen. This was really helpful as we actually changed a few things after we saw the images.
The fitting was schedule at a later date, but I guess that means that they're busy, which is a good thing.
They came and installed the kitchen and replaced the bathroom to a new modern one. We had an ensuite, but used another company for that one as it was quite small.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the kitchen and bathroom.

What an terrible company. Started my bathroom in January, promised to complete in 1 week, left me without a sink for 12 days, I have one bathroom in my house. These 'tradesmen' were in and out out of my house for a nearly 3 months!! Fitted the wrong taps, a wonky bath and shower. Towel radiator also no measured properly and toilet doesn't flush away. Bath was replaced by one person who didn't protect the new floor which is now all scratched. When he fitted new bath he didn't fill it as you are supposed to so now the seal doesn't touch the bath when used and I have water leaking into my kitchen if I use shower. The shower screen doesn't work, water pours out, when I asked them to fix it they said well every shower leaks! When I complained they ignored me and have done so since, so bathroom is not complete and work not signed off.
Shame on you Clearwater. Have initiated a claim against them, notified trading standards and have instructed a solicitor as this company are an absolute disgrace. Avoid them at all costs!!

Pushy sales guy gave us a quote for our new bathroom - before even looking at our bathroom or listening to what we wanted. Then lied to his boss over phone, in front of us customers, stating we had to cut appointment short and rebooked for two days later - it was the sales guy that had to leave for a personal issue. Then, phoned half an hour before appointment instead of face to face stating he was only coming through if we agreed to sign agreement and go ahead with this ‘made up’ figure. When i declined he said “go to b&q” then hung up.
