As a specialist manufacturer and supplier of Finn Radiators, we take considerable pride in the quality of our products and the service we provide. Every Finn Radiator is manufactured with care and attention to detail, and we work hard to ensure that orders are prepared and dispatched as efficiently as possible.
Unfortunately, once an order has left our premises and been entrusted to an independent courier or haulage company, the delivery process falls under the operational control of that carrier. Whilst we carefully select our delivery partners, we are unable to directly influence their schedules, logistical arrangements or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit.
We completely understand that, from a customer’s perspective, the delivery experience forms an important part of the overall purchase. However, we hope you can appreciate that delays occurring within an independent carrier’s network are circumstances beyond our direct control and are not a reflection of the care, commitment or professionalism with which we manufacture and supply our products.

The finn radiator we purchased arrived…
The finn radiator we purchased arrived well packed on a pallet. It is well made and perfect for the spot we chose it for. Great for background heat. I was however disappointed that it arrived without an electrical plug (bare wires only) so was not ready to use. Hence 4 stars only.

Thank you for the positive review. They commonly come with a flexible cable but no moulded 13 A plug, this is primarily because it is intended to be fixed electrical equipment, not a portable appliance.
In the UK, these elements are commonly intended to be connected to a switched fused connection unit (FCU/fused spur) rather than plugged into an ordinary socket. This gives the installation appropriate isolation and fuse protection and allows the wiring arrangement to suit the installation.

Fast dispatch and delivery well packed wasn't sure what to expect with the performance of the unit as I was asked by the customer to get a small instant water heater to fit a vanity unit the size was perfect and the performance of water temperature was really good overall I'd buy one again
