Our case manager
Our case manager, Nicola Seedhouse, was knowledgeable, responsive, an excellent communicator and sensitive. She acted as a go between between us and Foot Anstey and the house valuation company, checking that the tasks had been completed by the third parties and followed up and acted on our concerns with the their service. Nicola explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. I’d use her services again.
