Patient drivers
Our group's flight arrived quite late, and we experienced a significant delay at airport immigration due to the high volume of passengers. The driver waited for us patiently well beyond the anticipated time and transported us to our hotel without any additional charges, despite our two-hour delay. I am very grateful for this service, as well as the assistance provided when we required an extra bus for the additional luggage we had accumulated while in the UK. I highly recommend this company, particularly for traveling groups.

We understand how stressful travel delays can be, so it's great to know their patience and professionalism helped make your arrival easier.
We're also pleased that we could assist in arranging additional transport for your extra luggage and ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible during your trip.

The booking service was easy to use
The booking service was easy to use. The only concern was that the quotation was so competitively priced compared to other local coach hire companies.
The bus arrived and returned bang on schedule. The driver was highly professional and fully understood some passengers' physical limitations.
Overall, a great experience and the service will be recommended and used again.

Easy booking, great prices
Brilliantly easy service to book with very competitive pricing!
Unfortunately the coach was late for both pick ups (there and back), this was due to road works but no communication was provided prior to let us know that the coach was on it's way just running late. I even had a call from CMAC asking me to confirm that my coach has arrived before it had arrived - so they clearly didn't know. I then had to ring the coach company's on-call number at 23:50 (waking the poor man up) to ask where our 20 minutes late bus was because it hadn't been communicated that he would be late. If this has been expected you would have thought they may have set out earlier or at least communicated beforehand that it is likely that the bus would be late due to known road works.
Overall though I am pleased I chose Coach hire comparison as I saved effort and money on booking, there were just small hiccups with the communication from the driver/coach company.

We're sorry for the delays on both journeys and the lack of communication from the supplier regarding the coach's arrival. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially having to chase updates yourself late in the evening.
Your comments have been passed on to the supplier, as we agree that any delays should be communicated proactively.

Superb price for a return journey…
Great price for a return journey compared to others i checked with. Simple system to get the quote and make the payment.
Making a change to return destination time became harder than anticipated - mainly because of the 3rd party supplier not replying for 1.5 weeks!
The driver was okay with us having a beer on-route too :)
A call from Coach Hire on the day to make sure we had been picked up was a nice touch! Would use again 👍

Lack of communication
The booking process was simple which was great, but there was not much communication at all around the booking or confirmation of everything. We had a stop from our pick up point and final stop which was clearly stated on the booking and the invoice. However, the driver was not aware of this and therefore went the wrong way an a few occasions. In the end the coach arrived 45 mins later then the arranged time.

Definitely recommend!!
Excellent experience - booked a coach for our trip into Bristol, driver arrived to collect us right on time as planned, and same for the return journey. The company called us 10 minutes after to ensure the driver had arrived with us. As the organisers, we felt very secure with the money back guarantee if the driver didn't turn up (managing 20 peoples money on a hen do!) but we didn't have to worry about this anyway. Overall a fantastic experience, very seamless and a great way of transport for us all. Thank you :)
