E.Shaw Scotland

easy ordering, quick delivery,very satisfied

I was kept informed by email of the delivery of my purchase and it arrived when expected. Very pleased with service.

Excellent service. Easy ordering and prompt despatch.

Ordered parts arrived on the day as specified.

All good, reasonably prompt, good price, items good quality and serviceable. Four stars only because transport for small items is a little high, it would be fine for a larger order though. I will definitely use again.

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Quick, easy and efficient service

Wanted an Idromat for our water pressure system. They found the correct one at a good price and delivery was fast.
Couldn't do enough for me.
Their customer service was excelent. I would reccomend them and will use them again

Excellent price, service and communication throughout the purchase of a new pond pump.

Excellent communication and exemplary delivery

Great service and prompt delivery as allways.

Good prices, helpful and rapid delivery

I saw a part which is CLEARLY marked in stock on their website, I then placed an order for the part only to receive an e-mail saying it would be 3-weeks delivery as there is no stock!! No apology, nothing. I e-mailed back asking why it shows in stock (and still does) when they are not in stock at all and was told it is just how their system works!! How can you say parts are in stock when they aren't? That's just a blatant lie. Very, very poor service!!
