Good so far got my tools on time for my job i had scheduled

Brilliant stuff used the site a few times always been great and on time no messing

great service and price. impressed with the pole saw, cuts faster than my old petrol one by husqvarna.

Great service and extremely helpful when delivers go wrong can I state that the problem was not toolden but the Parcel Force.

The on line prices are very competitive and as such represent good value. However dispatch times from point of order were really slow with no reasons provided for the delay. The items ordered arrived eventually and in good order. If the dispatch times for ordered items could be improved it would be a great improvement.

I was promised fast delivery, but instead my parcel ended up lost and then damaged while sitting in a DPD warehouse. When I contacted Toolden’s customer service, they were completely unhelpful and even questioned how I knew it was damaged—despite me having direct knowledge from contacts at the warehouse. Instead of taking responsibility, they made me feel like I had to prove everything myself.

After multiple attempts to get proper support, I basically had to sort everything out on my own just to avoid losing money. The parcel finally arrived around 3 weeks later in terrible condition. Several items were damaged, and some were missing entirely—including a Milwaukee planer and jigsaw.

To make things worse, I had been out of the country when the parcel arrived. When I got back and raised the issue, Toolden refused to help, saying too much time had passed. Completely unacceptable given the situation.

Even the items I did receive were faulty. The circular saw I ordered had issues straight out of the box—the gauge got stuck during first use and wouldn’t come out.

Overall, this has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Poor delivery, damaged and missing items, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Toolden.

Great product just took a long time to deliver because Royal Mail are useless

Overall not too bad,I feel that a few more updates on where the order is/Eta on delivery would definitely be more handy.

I had to pay a customs fee ,which I was never told ,it was more expensive buying from tool den ,won’t be buying from here again

lost my parcel and didn't tell me untill I followed up 10 days later and has been 3 days and actively waiting for my refund still
