I ordered socks and orthotics. 1) No communication from compressionsale as to when it would be received. 2) Reached out after two weeks of nothing from them. 3) Received only part of the order and again, no communication from company 4) Reached out again to ask about the rest of the order 5) Finally heard from them, said I would receive the rest of the order 6) Only received HALF of the rest of the order, again no communication, no explanation (now more than 3 weeks since order was placed) 7) Now waiting for communication from compressionsale, I asked for refund because I'm tired of waiting and dealing with their incompetence.

Worst company I’ve dealt with shopping online. I placed an order on 12/5 and it never got shipped. I had to send multiple emails and called few times before they finally shipped in in the last week of December. And guess what, I got someone else’s order not mine! Sent email to customer support again and got no response. Had to call again and was told to wait for follow up. What the heck???

Worse customer service ever experienced
I ordered two pair of compression socks from them during their Black Friday sale. I thought everything would be good. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. Well over a week later and 4 emails later I still have not received my socks. I’ve asked to be refunded multiple times through email. I tried calling them. That’s useless because they don’t answer the phone. I would give them 0 stars if I could. If you looking to be ripped off this company will surely do that for you!

Easy to find what I was looking for, simple checkout.
Found through search engine results when looking for a specific brand and product to replace current compression wear. Easy site to navigate - was able to type in the model number and get a relevant product "hit" which isn't always the case. The brand, style, color, and type was in stock. Was able to pay with PayPal which takes some of the worry away from being a first time buyer at the site. I also checked Trustpilot before completing my order. The most recent issues seemed to be with the products they purchased or ease of use, not with any type of fraud or lack of support from the site and that convinced me to complete the order.

The stockings are perfect. The compression is exactly what my doctor prescribed several years ago. The fit is perfect. Previously I got others & they were too long. Just right for my lymphedema. My leg feels great all day.

Difficult to put on
These are very hard to put on. The wrinkles around the ankle were impossible to completely remove. The top was so tight I had a deep groove in my leg. I will keep the pair I wore but would like to return the other pair.
