I've only had them a few days, but the socks are comfortable and they arrived in fine shape (Sig Varis) Interested to test brands - a bit pricey, but so many of the Facebook compression sock sellers aren't doing true medical grade compression as the doctors say is crucial for the swollen leg (edema)

Please DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered a product from them and the product was inside packaging but the package the product itself was in was torn and tattered. Contacted them and they were no help and VERY RUDE!!!! Their excuse was the box must have gotten opened during shipment. REALLY!!

Poorly made product; stitching was minimal, the pads in the front are so small that they have no padding effect.

The experience with this website was terrible. Watch the return policy (you pay shipping and you pay a restocking fee for each item even if they are identical!).

Customer service is awful - a kind person who speaks poor English and can't provide any meaningful help. When I finally accepted the high cost of return (50% of purchase price, they said... Oh, actually that particular product can't be returned. My advice: go elsewhere...

These people are there to process orders and returns, period. Don’t expect any courtesy or helpfulness from customer “support” beyond that, because they rude, inattentive, and supervisors are completely inaccessible. It’s unfortunate, because prices are lower here, but it’s worth paying a little more for good customer service. I should have added that I reached out to their customer service phone line and emailed multiple times about my issue, only to be completely ignored, They are trying below to make it sound like they will make attempts to rectify my situation, but they make no effort to do so, beyond processing an order. To this date, no supervisor has contacted me about my issue, and this is a very generic and pacifying response below.

SUMMARY:

1. Discounts that were promised on the item description page do not appear on the Order Review page. They are nowhere to be found.
2. Order was put through prematurely without my approval/confirmation.
3. The "Chat with us!" link is a scam. There isn't a chat feature; you have to submit your email and wait for a message to be sent to your email. If you wait long enough, or go back and check the "Chat with us!" window, a response *might* eventually appear. Of course, in the meantime, your order is being sent through their system.
4. They charge your credit card *immediately* instead of waiting until the order is read to be shipped.

BACKGROUND:

After putting some items in my cart, I ended up on the Review Order page, where I intended to remove one or 2 of them. I also was looking for the various discount codes (12% for one item, 10% for another) to be listed. But before I could see the entire Review Order page, a Survey Feedback window popped up, blocking most of the Review Order page. I completed the survey, believing (as is standard with all reputable online vendors) that I would then be returned to the Review Order page so I could see what was happening with the promised discount codes and then be prompted to confirm if I wanted to place the order.

That did not happen. Once I submitted the completed Survey Feedback, I immediately received a confirmation of my order instead of being allowed to return to the Review Order page. They short-circuited the standard order process after I did them the favor of giving them feedback!

Also -- not standard -- when I realized what had happened I clicked on the "Chat with us!" link on the page to try to cancel the order and was not, as is customary, connected with either live or chatbot support. Instead, I was asked for my email address (?!) and, after entering it, was informed that I would be contacted by email.

In the meantime, to head off payment processing in the hopes of canceling the order, I logged in to my PayPal account. To add insult to injury -- I discovered that this vendor had charged my PayPal account immediately. Most reputable vendors do not put the charges through for payment until the order is *ready to be shipped.* This is doubly questionable now that I have read another review about how long this company takes to fulfill orders.

I can confirm that within a few hours I did get an email response from the "Chat" feature assuring me that the order will be cancelled. The next morning I noticed that eventually there *was* a response from "Chris" in the Chat area of the page (which I had left open). Don't know when that came in, but the response had not appeared immediately when I had clicked on the chat feature the previous day.

In addition, the following morning I received an additional email (in response to an email I had submitted directly to Customer Support) also assuring me that my order will be cancelled and informing me that it is their standard business practice to charge the customer's credit card as soon as the order is placed.

I will not be ordering from this company. TOO MANY RED FLAGS.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIEVES!
If you get the wrong item, beware - there is a restocking fee and a shipping fee and by the time they charge you for everything - you get about 10% back from your return. we bought 4 items - tried on one, sent all four back. I asked if my hubby could try on the item, they said yes. didn't fit. sent back, they won't refund that one because there are "skin cells" on it. wow! ok, but they still have 3 unopened pairs - which I paid to ship back, and won't refund without a restocking fee. so they have all my money, all the merchandise and will only refund a tiny amount - THAT IS EXTORTION!

I ordered compression knee highs for after leg surgery. I tried them on and they were WAY too tight. Since I had tried them on they could not be returned ad "new" so my option was a store credit or an exchange. I contacted this company and emailed several times with a CS rep who was not helpful at all she referred me to their website.

Bottom line is DO NO ORDER from this company. Their refund policy and exchanges is set up to keep most of your money terrible customer service and return policy. I would give a -10 star if I could!

I previously bought their own cheaper brand of compression garment 20-30,thigh high) and it was good.... This last time the quality has dropped noticeably and they ate simply not as effective.

Their shipping process is very slow. Took 9 days to receive my order. Exchange process took several calls. I needed a different size on one $36 item. They changed me $14.95 to exchange. I will not order from this company again.

OMG! Stay away! If you return an item, they keep a 25 percent processing feel and charge an excessive amount of money in postage to return an item - and you have to do it their way! HIGHWAY ROBBERY, and client service is rude and not at all helpful. Please consider an alternative source for your compression needs so you don’t share my dreadful customer experience!

UPDATE: No refund available for me! Store credit or exchange only. It only gets worse!

They have hidden return fees. It is. 25% restocking fee with our prior authorization. How often do they give prior authorization, hardly ever arriving to the customer no support. This is of course AFTER you have to pay for your own shipping back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I never write reviews but I will take the time to say I simply wanted to get an abdominal belt. Their sizing is way off and they will not let you return them only exchange. So after I have paid the shipping back and forth the sizing STILL does not work and customer service will not allow you to speak to a manager they won't give their name. They simply say too bad that is our policy. READ the other reviews as I wish I would have and save yourself the $$$ and buy somewhere else.

BUYER BEWARE!
They claim you can receive a refund but YOU CAN'T. First they want to charge you 25% restocking fee and a $6.95 shipping fee and then they don't give you a refund only store credit. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!
They don't even deserve 1 star.

Terrible customer service. Return policy is an improper way to treat customer no way to get item and get their return website to work and mail back products in 15 days so u get credit on card. This company is overselling would not do business with I will pay a little more for better company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IN MY OPINION !!! They will only give you a gift card.

The Juzo Expert compression glove I received had much shorter fingers than what was pictured on their website. I was completely frustrated with the very poor customer service not just once, but with multiple people via email, and also via phone. They were not respectful, even rude, and I got hung up on by the same male, twice, on purpose, I now know seeing others comments/reviews. Their website says “Our knowledgeable team of Certified Fitters are here to help you - standing by to answer your questions during regular business hours. Feel free to ask about compression stockings' sizing, measuring, compression levels…”. and when I tried to do this I was told by the male customer service person they were not available. I then asked if they could call me back when they were and he told me they could not. This person then tried to tell me to order a size up, but he couldn't guarantee that would be a good fit either. I informed him that is why I wanted to speak to the “Certified Fitter”, and he still would not allow me to do this. As a licensed Physical Therapist and private consumer, I will not recommend this company to my patients or anyone due to the very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I received no contact after emailing this company twice. I also called twice about my problem with "one" of the socks out of the 10 pairs I had ordered that had a manufacturing defect. Each time I was told I would be getting an email in 5 minutes...never happened. Make sure you read their return policy too. Would not pay to return anything, which I'm sure is what they count on.
