I placed an order and as soon as I received the confirmation, I noticed that I had ordered the wrong product (knee high instead of thigh high stocking's) and I immediately called Customer Service, but no one answered, and proceeded right after the call (not even 1 hour after order was placed) to send an e-mail requesting the order to be cancelled before shipping. They answered my e-mail the next morning, stating that they couldn't cancel the order, that I had to wait until I received the items to then request the return. Once I received the items, I sent an e-mail requesting the return, this is not even 10 days after the purchase and they informed me that they could only exchange for another item or they could give me a store credit....this is NOT as per their online return policy of up to 180 days for returns and my items were intact (not even opened or used). When I said store credit they sent an RMA and stated I had to pay for the return and restock... I mean really, I spent $24.00 on the order.... I decided to keep the items, all this was ridiculous, especially since I tried to cancel the order even before it was shipped. Customer service was very rude and told me that this is their policy and they could NOT go against it and that if I didn't agree then I could keep the product.

They messed up my order and I did not receive until after I needed them for the hospital but then mandated a 25% restocking fee for me to return. Their web site misleads you in to thinking if you follow their instructions on returns you get a full refund, but they ""never"" give a full refund according to their service staff. They are rude and crooks. They make their money on restocking fees.

I ordered socks from them after leaving hospital from Car-T transplant and having extensive Neuropathy in my legs. They offered expedited shipping. It NEVER happened. I had to follow up with them but never received an answer as why that it never took place. They did refund the cost for the expedited shipping but not general shipping cost. I used the socks 4 times and they fell down my leg after 1 hour of use. I asked for an even exchange for a non faulty product. ONLY if you kept the original box was the response I received. ZERO accountability on there behalf. Yes I would every customer keeps the original box for 4 months. What a scam!!!!!! The cost of this product was 70.00 plus and that is the response you receive. I will NEVER order from them and I encourage anybody considering ordering from them to NOT. They are not a reputable company.

I consulted with Compressionsale.com chat support and they recommended that I purchase two pairs of Jobst knee highs in "Petite S", not regular. The knee highs started to fall down to my calf when I wore them for a couple days, and when I exercise. I asked for an exchange and was refused because I had just put the paper boxes into the weekly recycle bin that morning. So now I am out $80+ even though I specifically gave them my measurements and they recommended a wrong size to me.

I ordered a Juzo 10 inch above the knee stump shrinker from their website, compressionsale.com. The website stated it was in stock. A week goes by, no shipping information so I emailed them for an update. Was then told it was on backorder. First red flag dealing with this company, they mislead you about inventory. I finally receive the stump shrinker a week or so later only to find out they sent the wrong size. The package states 10 inches but the sleeve only measures 8 inches. I need a shrinker sleeve that measures 10 inches, or a little longer, when new and laid flat. I already own a Juzo 10 inch and 2 Knit Rites, so I know how they should measure up. Regardless if this is a Juzo error or deliberate on the part of Compressionsale.com, their customer service department refused to accept a return or even offer an exchange. Instead their rep, Melissa Bright, argued with me all day that it should stretch to 10 inches. Melissa has no clue about this product and even less a clue about being a good customer service person. I now see this company has numerous Better Business Bureau complaints. Buyer beware, do your homework before ordering online. My experience wasn't pleasant and now I'm stuck with a $42.00 shrinker that is absolutely useless to me.

The items ordered were very difficult to return, even within a few days of order AND didn't open or tried on. They charged 25% of re-stock fee and you have to pay the return shipping yourself! So unless you are certain that you will keep the merchandise otherwise don't buy from this seller!

We used the sizing chart on their website. I even did a chat to make sure I was measuring my husband's calf correctly, which was swollen. We ordered size 5 of the Jobst Travel Socks Knee Highs (3 pairs). He could barely get one over his toes!
I am 5'3" and weigh 125 lbs. and I tried one on and got it up my leg but could hardly take it off.
The size on the box showed the right size but was not what was inside.
I asked for the return label and that's when I found out they had to be returned within 15 days of the ORIGINAL ORDER DATE! What?! And returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Tried on items are only eligible for store credit! Unbelievable!

Be careful placing your order with this company. Orders cannot be canceled once placed. This should be clearly stated on their website, but isn't. Cusomers only find out when they request cancelation, which is then denied. I tried to cancel within minutes after placing my order and found out about this policy. Poor customer service!

They do NOT post their return policies clearly online. When I attempted to return I had a week long run around which finally resulted in a strait answer: returns are for store credit only. I should have known the prices were too good to be true. TERRIBLE socks that don't compress and slide down throughout the day and a non return return policy? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. There is a reason their return policy is a non return policy.

This company is not legitimate. They have false advertising, employees who say anything to make a sale (including lying about a product), claim they are the manager, then say no managers are available via the phone). They will not resolve any problems with the order even when it is a problem that they created. They say you can only talk to customer service via email but they never respond! Beware! Do not order from this company. They should have zero stars and by the looks of all the other reviews, I am not alone. They should be put out of business.

You are allowed to try sleeves on which I did. They are charging me for it and re-returning it to me at my expense after returning. How else can you tell it doesn't fit?!!!!! I even wrote them to not re-return the item and they nicked me again with a 7.00 return fee as well. Their house sleeves are ridiculously ill-fitting. A blob for Norton protection for return products purchased on this site came up. I am going to them and will write another review if they help. Note: A fraudulent hacking of my system occurred while I was using their payment page so their site is not safe either. Returns not possible here from what I can see.

I really wish I looked at this website before I purchased. It is the worst customer service ever. They are rude. Their products are subpar and their return policy is ridiculous.

This seller is fine until you have a problem with the order. I received my item which didn't fit properly and in order to return the item and even exchange the item for a better fit, customers are penalized with return shipping costs and a return fee. Also, the customer service line is always busy, and when you get an agent, they are not very friendly. I had to wait two weeks after they received my return for them even to contact me about the exchange. After I contacted them for the exchange and paid the extra money for the return fee, I had to call them a week later because they hadn't yet sent the exchange item. I am never ordering from this seller again. Amazon is the alternative.

I ordered compression sleeves11/25, for severe edema following my humerus fracture.
I paid extra for priority mail to have it delivered in 2-4 days, and now am told they won't be delivered for another 4 days, 10 days since order. This is shameful and inadequate for a medical supply company! I do NOT recommend ordering supplies here if you need them quickly!

I purchase a knee brace for $170 and tried it on for 10 minutes; it wasn't comfortable, and they only want to issue a store credit.

First, you should know that you can not return any items for refund. Second, they will send a product different than the one you ordered if they are out of the one you ordered. Third, I highly recommend ordering elsewhere because two of the three products I ordered looked used. Lastly, if you try to go through customer service just be aware that you are wrong and they are always right. I will avoid this company like the plague.

Purchased several times over years; always purchased same brand, style, size and compression grade. Last purchase received stockings which were smaller, shorter, thinner and weak in compression. Contacted Compressionsale.com as I thought they would be concerned about passing on inferior quality. They have zero concern about it. No reply or assistance. Profit without service seems their motto. Quick sale for top dollar, the stockings they sent, in my opinion and based upon continued wear of stocking for 5 years, is that there is no quality control. They claim to sell a medical grade product, but do not back up what they are passing off to customers. It is an outrageous rip-off and shameful they are allowed to conduct on-line business in this manner. Could this be a case of bait and switch?

Products poorly constructed of poor materials. Sizing is wrong! They offer no free postage return and take portion of your cash to return. Don't order from CompressionSale.com

Worst return policy and customer service. Stay away from this company.
