I have made a number of purchases from this company do NOT attempt to return anything!! It has ben a nightmare and they have put me through the meat grinder. The product was returned immediately USPS Priority mail with confirmation and tracking numbers. Their customer service boys are rude, hang up on you and tell you they will continue to if you all back since they are the only ones working. have never been treated so unprofessionally and rudely by any company!

No cancellations on any order - regardless of whether you contact them within the hour and it is much later before the item ships. As soon as your payment processes is permanent. Returns are return shipping AND an additional 25% never refunded.

I ordered 3 pairs of compression socks and never received the merchandise. It showed delivered but it was not at my address or on the mail box. I called the company and they flat out told me that they aren’t responsible to file a claim. So now I’m out 90 dollars and the product. Due to their no-customer service or lack of customer service. I did call the credit card company to put a stop payment on it. I will tell you that you will definitely not make any other profit from me.

I wish I was able to mark as 0 stars for this company. They falsely advertise colors as available, make you pay for expedited shipping then take an additional week stating a tan color was custom. They have a terrible falsely written return policy, terrible customer service and I will never recommend this website to anyone.

Where is the zero star rating?? Giving them 1star is way too generous. I ordered one pr of stockings to try them out. I ordered on the phone and knew exactly what I needed. When the lady read my order back to me she did not mention the silicone top I had requested. I brought that to her attention and she assured me that they would indeed have that. When the stockings arrived, they did not have the silicone top. I never even took them out of the box as I could see they they were not what I ordered. I called customer service but the man was rude and said I would have to return them and pay for shipping both ways. I tried to explain it was their error but he said they had no proof of that. I asked to speak to his supervisor but he said that was impossible as the supervisor of Customer Service would not take a phone call from a customer! Called back again a few days later and the same man in customer service hung up on me! I will be reporting this company to the BBB. Worst customer service I have ever had. They don't care about the customer at all!

Stay away from this company. They messed up my order and when I wanted to exchange it for a different sock they wanted me to pay for the return. Very unprofessional customer service, I would recommend that you stay away from them and save yourself a lot of aggravation.

Purchased 2 pair of Jobst stocking, one closed toe
which fit perfectly and one open toe that was way too short. Told company about problem. They are giving me
a run around about the manufacturer and no refund or exchange is possible. This is the last time I will order from Compressionsale.com.

Should be a 0 rating! Customer service is very bad. No compassion at all. When buying( we ordered over the phone) these socks for my Elderly father nobody told us of the return policy. The stockings were Cheaply Made, No Elastic at the knee to hold stocking up and not worth the money you spend. When you return you have to pay a 25% restocking fee. That's absolutely ridiculous. Why even buy them?? Cheap,not made well and customer service is HORRIBLE!! Do Not Buy!

The return policy is aweful. They only offer exchange or store credit even if the items are not worn and returned immediately. No refund. And you are responsible for the return shipping.
This is the actual response from the CS:
"You have not placed any order with store credit yet but once you do, that order will have shipping charges. However, we have deducted those out automatically already so you have an available store credit to use of $30.05 towards the products you want to order. You returned 4 items at 10.00 each (total: $40.00) The order you place with a store credit will have a shipping charge of $9.95. Deducting 9.95 out leaves a remaining credit of $30.05."

And I had to pay the rerun shipping of $12.50. So my final balance was $17.55 out of $40. Be careful when you order. The EAZY & FAST return is misleading.

Paid for rush shipping; compression stockings got delivered 5 days late. Surgery is already scary enough, but to have something required to keep you from having a stroke during and after surgery to not even arrive....This company has no right doing business as they do not have any customer service skills. No apologies, no way of feeling empathetic. I would expect for them to update their delivery windows to reflect that actual delivery schedule or start providing refunds. Not sure how this company is staying in business.

I wish there was an option for 0 star. This is rthe absolutely worst customer service I have encountered in the US.I ordered two pairs of stockings, when they arrived there was almost no compression. I followed the company’s required protocol and submitted an online request fir a refund.Nothing happened,no email confirmation of the submission so I called them, spent over 15 mins on hold but in the end talked to a rep who said he was going to generate the necessary paper work for the refund.I also told him that I had already ordered 3 more pairs of just a knee high stockings as my varicose veins very very painful in my pregnancy and I already knew I would have to return them. He saidhe would cancel the order for me.
Now guess we hat-I still received the order! I called the company and ssked for the paperwork for the refund. Shortly after that I received an email stating that my order did not qualify for a refund! When I called them snd finally got to speak to a rep after another long hold, she ssid ot was past 15 days since I ordered and can only get a store credit!!
So lesson learned some $100 later- do not order from this company, they mislead you and you will not receive what you need!!!!

I love buying my compression stockings (I have venous insufficiency) from Compressionalsale. That means my veins are small and I need the compression of 15-20mmHg to keep my fluid pumping correctly. If you know how to put these on, take them off, and always wash by hand; gently - they will last a long time. I have toeless for summer and with a toe for colder Autumn/winter weather. I am so happy that I can trust Compressionsale Hosiery.

I ordered a pair of compression thigh highs for after hip replacement surgery.
Realized I ordered closed toe after I hit submit. Immediately attempted to cancel order. They arrived a week later. I never even opened.

Found product on Amazon, which arrived the next day, and was cheaper.

Compressionsale refuses to refund without penalty. Want to charge me return shipping & handling as well as restocking fee OR give exchange/store credit. I am not inclined to jump thru their hoops. Will be letting my surgeon, nurses & staff know as well as medical family. Order from Amazon.

They just process orders. No customer service. My order was wrapped in cheap Christmas paper!!!. Two products were fine. One product "Juzo" socks had less compression than cheap Gym socks. Rather than issue a refund they asked me to take a picture of product and take the complaint to the manufacturer. Use Amazon ( no problem with refunds) or go direct to manufactures. This company just wants your money without a commitment. Not reputable.

Criminals who will lie to you, take your money and wrestle you to the ground to not give it back.

Make darn sure you put the discount code in. Once you hit the order tab you’ll get ZERO help from “customer service”. Can’t cancel the order and they won’t apply the discount even if you’ve been a customer for years. No wonder Amazon is doing well!!

Purchased an item and received confirmation. After 20 min, order was canceled without explanation. Went back onto their website and the price of the item has gone up.

I have a hard time finding stockings for my swollen fat legs. This store has a terrific lineup of products. But...you have to know what to buy, too much to choose from and I found out too late that the return policy is harsh. You have to jump thru hoops and spend a lot of time and energy to return items AND you do not get a refund, you get store credit. Free shipping is only at a set dollar amount. I lucked out and found one pair to keep, the rest I threw away because you end up w little money after their policy standards. So, I took the one pr that worked and bought them on Amazon for less money. It is a great variety of items but you cannot just try them on as you search for what are extremely hard items to purchase.
