I ordered Jobst compression stockings in early December from Compressionsale.com. Today is the 9th of January and still no stockings. I've been told that they're on "backorder!" I realize that they have no control over this. However, the communication regarding my order has been terrible. I've been ignored, treated rudely, and I've received inaccurate information. I will NEVER order from Compressionsale.com again!!!!

If there is 0 star, I would like give them 0. unbelievable company!I ordered two pairs of compression socks(I paid 14.95US dollars shipping fee, because I live in Canada), But they sent me only one pair, I asked them to send me the missed second pair, they asked me to pay the shipping fee again! I cannot understand why? They made a mistake, why we customer should pay their mistake? I made a order on the 23 November, by now Almost one month passed, I sent them almost 8 email and called them two times, the problem is always not solved, and the lady answered the phone whose attitude was very bad , she told me I should pay the shipping cost again , when I said that I should not pay their mistake, the customer service hang up my call! What kind of company! So disappointed!
