I ordered 2 sets of the personalised ‘silk’ pyjamas and I’m so disappointed with the quality. Apart from the fact there are loose threads and ‘bunched’ threads at the seams of both sets, the personalisation itself is very poor. The fabric used to stiffen the silk to apply the embroidery can be seen straight through the material. Overall they just look cheap and thrown together, I’m so disappointed. From reading other reviews and understanding the returns policy for personalised goods I haven’t even bothered to air my disappointment directly with the company as I’m sure it will fall on deaf ears. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered my wedding favours for Confetti and they are absolutely brilliant! Highly quality and reasonably priced! I will be recommending them to all my friends who are due to tie the knot!

Ordered personalised napkins for my wedding.
They arrived and were beautifully engraved, approx 25 were slightly marked at the top, it looked like where the box had been damaged in transit.
I emailed customer services and within 10 mins the problem was sorted. A sincere apology and a full refund including delivery.
Would highly recommend using this site, so refreshing to deal with a company who are totally there to please the customer.

Item arrived early and exactly what we wanted for my daughters wedding would recommend this company

Poor customer service and rude customer representative. Premium next day apparently not guaranteed and now refusing to provide full refund. Cant believe the rude attitude I have received.

This was my first order from Confetti who I came across when Goggling for a Cloud Drop Top Frame Guest Book to use for my daughter's up-coming baby shower.
The product arrived well packaged and quickly but unfortunately there were a couple of small chip markings on the frame. I telephoned Customer Services and spoke to Lesley who asked if I could email over a picture of the damage so that she could arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
Upon receipt of the photo, Lesley arranged a replacement product to be sent out to me on the same day via first class delivery without any fuss at all.
I appreciate that this was a VERY small order for Confetti but I was hugely impressed with the professional and wonderful service that was provided - especially in this day and age when some stores lack any kind of service. In particular Lesley was kind and attentive to my requirements.
I would like to note that I was not asked to provide any kind of feedback/review but because of the service that I received I specifically emailed Lesley to ask if I could provide a review for the company - hence this feedback!
I would certainly purchase from Confetti - again based on my own experience - and would be happy to recommend them to anyone going forward.

Ordered a lace robe for my wedding morning, it arrived damaged with pen marks all over it, have emailed on the 13th of April and 18th of April and no response, called today and got a message saying we can't take your call, call us back or email us...

I've ordered from Confetti twice now and both times the items have been just what I was expecting. I recommend adding the insurance on at checkout as the first time my order arrived, one of the easels was broken. I contacted customer services (spoke to Ellen) and a replacement arrived the following day with no fuss. The second time I ordered a personalised ring box which didn't close properly, I contacted customer services (spoke to Ellen again) and again with no fuss I was offered a replacement or a refund. I asked for the refund and this was issued within 24 hours of the item being received. I didn't need to return the item

Do not buy disposable cameras from here . We ordered 10 for my son's 40th birthday party 3 weeks ago at a cost of £52 and paid £89 for developing and out of 163 photos taken none were satisfactory. Very dark with what looks like dust all over the photos so no memories of the event at all . A real disappointment and I feel incredibly upset too as I've paid the developing of the film for nothing and l now see other people have complained about this and yet you're still selling the cameras at less than l paid !! Will never use this company again .

I placed an order with Confetti. Delivery was fast and efficient. Items were well packaged. On opening on of the parasols ordered there were several small tears on it, when I phoned customer services, Ellen was polite and helpful, asking me to send an e mail with a picture of the damage. Within minutes I had an email back to say another parasol was being dispatched.

I recently ordered my wedding favours (a variety of small glass jars) from this website and I absolutely love them. Not only were they as described but also very well packaged; not one of them was broken! I suggest you pay the small cost in order to ensure that you receive your items undamaged. It was very worth it! I cannot recommend this site enough both for quality of service and products at affordable prices! Thank you to the whole team!

If I could leave zero stars I would, purchased disposable cameras for my wedding, just to capture the moment round the tables. About 10 photos came out!!!!! All the rest were dark. They issued me a refund for cameras not the £81 developing fee. And the rude customer service said what did I expect they were novelty cameras, she said if I had the cameras they could check if they were faulty, got the cameras from boots, then suddenly they couldn't check the cameras!!!!
Left a review on their site, still isn't on!! Strange that!!
Do not buy cameras from their site!!!!!!!
Will never get my special day back and lost all the lovely jokey photos round the table.

I had some issues with some bubbles not openeing but the ladies in customer service have been great, offered me lots of solutions and have been so friendly and helpful, we all know weddings are stressful enough so this was appreciated!

Great service! I ordered napkins not only with customized initials but also the whole pattern and it worked out perfectly! The pattern includes very small elements so I think it was quite difficult to build a stamp like this but final effect is great. Highly recommend!

Think twice before ordering!

I ordered silver plated candle holders for my upcoming wedding. They arrived in a very poor condition as if they have been soaked with some kind of solution and tarnished.

I contacted customer service and they emailed me a return label but state to allow 21 days for refund/ exchange.

Replacement is not likely before my wedding. Very unsatisfactory customer service and quality of products.

Will not be purchasing anything again!

I got my wedding invitations from them and the quality and price was very good. It did take 2 weeks for them to arrive but they did state that from the beginning. Will use again
