No contact back lost my house deal due to seller solicitor back to agency with no contact of buyer solictors.
Confirmed by Debbie that solictors are instructions but not instructed and contact back by solicitor or convincing index firm.
I need refund as trying 6/7 times calling and email to conveying index no reply.

Not happy this time.

Call from someone called "Zack", saying he was from Conveyancing Index, he wanted to speak with me regarding my recent house purchase.
I confirmed it wasn't appropriate for me to take this call, yet he continued to press me with questions. After the fourth question, I again mentioned it was not appropriate for me to take the call. He then stated "well you shouldn't of picked up the phone then mate", wonderful professionalism. Little did Zack know I was waiting for a very important call, so had to identify the caller.
